The hotel was in the old style and had charm and character. It was very easy to get to and from and many of the tour operators have a pick up point there. It was within easy walking distance of the sights.

The bed was a bit soft and so were the pillows. The concierge helped by finding another pillow. Other things were fine.

We asked to prepare us a breakfast takeaway, but was not ready at the time we asked for, we left without any food.

The rooms don’t have locks for inside, anyone could enter when I was sleeping!

In the Old Town. Quiet, clean. Comfy parking and very good restaurant on the other side...

The location was perfect, with just a 2 minute walk to Old Town. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Free coffee and tea services was most welcomed and they also have luggage storage option.

Floor needed to be vacuumed daily, but other than that, housekeeping was great.

The hotel is delightful. Inside has an antique cured style. The room and the bathroom were very clean and well equipped (towels, shampoo, shower gel, shower cup, beauty kit,…). The breakfast was included and it was delicious, good quality. Staff was very helpful and kind. Location: between old town and Wawel Castle. Top!

Breakfasts started at 7.30 every morning, this was too late for me. I had to rush everytime or ask for a breakfast package

The staff was super friendly - Martin especially. Charming hotel! We were on the main level. Room was large and contained proper amenities. This included a small fridge, hot water kettle with an assortment of teas and instant coffee, a desk, queen bed and one chair for relaxing. I was also happy that we had a private, outdoor patio area with bistro table and chairs, though the mornings were too chilly to enjoy it. The hotel itself was classy but a little dated. The location couldn't be better! Close enough to the excitement but far enough to not be bothered with the noise. Also, access to the Planty was just across the street. This is a beautiful central park that goes around the Old Town and is enjoyed by many. Hote isl very close to all the sites you need to see including Wawel Castle and grounds, the Square, restaurants, churches and museums. Parking was adjacent to the hotel and low cost with easy in and out privileges.
