I needed a one night stay near Kings Cross for my daughter and I. What we liked about the hotel: location was perfect for us. It was super quiet, beds are confortable. Room and common areas were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and we could leave our luggage in a storage before our check in time.
The hotel is in a town house. Our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator and steep (no kidding) stairs. It was OK because we only had carry-ons. Would not have been easy with a large suitcase.
The room was tiny and the bathrooms was like a closet. I’m average size, my daughter is petite and our knees would touch the sink when sitting on the toilet. Impossible to dress in the bathroom as you bend or really turn around. In short, this was a great stay for us because we were there just one night and travelled light.

Perfectly functional, but one of the smallest rooms ive ever seen, especially the bathroom, in which i could hardly move. We had a twin and the beds were touching, which was OK as we're brothers ;-)

This is one of the best low cost hotels around Kings Cross for solo travelers. Lots of hotels in this area don’t have en-suite, this has a shower and toilet.
The location is ideal for travels, being 5 mins walk from St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations.
The rooms have wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and although small it has everything you need.
Above all else, I find I can actually sleep, due to the sound proofing and very little noise despite being in the centre of a busy area of London.
Highly recommend.

Had a very good stay over new years. Friendly staff and very great cleaning personal.
Rooms are not very speacious, especially the bathroom. Apart from that everything was new and comfy.
Would book again

perfect place for short stay

Over priced for the room. Its tiny, sitting on the toilet your knees are hitting the bathroom sink. The bed (head and foot) nearly touched both walls. Two people could not have been comfortable in that room.

Bait and switch: a disclaimer at checkout does not obviate an agreement between us when i book a room with two beds. My daughter also had to walk for flights of frightening small steps every day while with baby. first come first serve is not hospitality.

This is a lovely hotel, the rooms are small but very clean with comfortable beds and a decent shower. Nice little extra touches such as water in the room. Staff are accommodating and helpful.

Stayed here for five nights and although the rooms are very tiny, they werevery clean, modern and incredibly well located. Travelling with some friends and each of us had our own room. to be honest I think it would be a really tight squeeze for a couple but for one person with very limited luggage – we each only brought carry-on with us – the rooms were suited to our needs. Definitely not rooms you would spend a lot of time hanging out in as they are so small, but very clean and with very comfortable beds and good airflow

Very convenient location next to King's Cross station. The room is extremely small though, and it can get really hot since there is no AC.

Suited me for a 1 night stay re return journey from France arriving late evenings and very close to St Pancras
International Station. Very clean and had everything I needed in the room. Had a double room to myself which was good , for a couple might be a bit of a tight squeeze though. Fresh bottled water supplied, plus tea tray and a couple of biscuits. No breakfast but no problem asa McDonalds and Burgerking at end of road.

As many others have said, the rooms are small, but fine for a short stay. The room was well maintained, extremely clean with very good bed linen and towels. The staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent proximity to KX station but in a quiet area.

Compared to the rest of the hotels, it was more affordable, yet in normal contexts, of course, still expensive. Except from the fact that guests staying in a standard double room aren’t given a enough space , especially in the bathroom, where I imagine more corpulent people wouldn’t fit in and where we felt really restricted, it’s fine.
Guests will also appreciate the thoughtful gesture of the hotel staff providing them with coffee powder, a kettle and complimentary sparkling water. Basic amenities, if sparsely, are also provided. Clean rooms and a window that allowed for some fresh air were also appreciated.

Our room 104 was unbearably hot even with a fan on we struggled to sleep in that heat. Otherwise cosy little room.

Dirty bed sheets, entered our room without permission, no AC, no elevators. Extremely small.

Very convenient location to St Pancras Station which is why we stayed here for day trip to Paris. Area felt a bit unsafe and noisy. Hotel receptionist had zero personality at check in. Didn't realise hotel had no lift so bags had to be carried up to third floor. Cleaning staff very friendly and room was very clean.

Just a basic place to sleep! Lotsssss of stairs with heavy luggage was difficult! Check in girl was rude all the time! Very convenient to public transportation!

Spent 3 nights in the hotel in July 23. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness but the room was very hot and I had the fan going all through the night as well as having the window open. As other reviewers have commented the shower room/toilet are very small which lets the hotel down. My friend was in a separate room and he had the same issues. Reception staff whilst not unfriendly didn’t engage in any casual conversation.

The room is small. Really small. Clean but small.

Great for short stay in London for a good price. Room and bathroom are small but if you want a basic room that’s close to St Pancras International then its to be considered.

The room was small but very clean and exemplary. The en-suite, again small but an excellent shower and in pristine condition. For an overnight stay [particularly in relation to St. Pancras Station] it was ideal. However for a longer stay of more than 3 nights, I think it could be a bit claustrophobic.

This is a great place for a London break. We had no issues, however, if you have difficulty with your mobility - you would find the room and bathroom too small.

The stay was very good and appropriate for the place. The hotel is well located and close to the train station. Customer service was available at all times. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location! Rooms are small but comfy bed, and clean and fair for the price. You can hear a bit from other rooms but it never impacted our stay or sleep.

Good location. Quiet. Short walk to Kings Cross /St Pancras. Small room but with everything you need. Tea/coffee and biscuits provided daily. Room cleaned and fresh linen and towels daily. Staff pleasant and friendly. Our second stay and would stay again. Highly recommended.

The difference between the photo and the reality, plus the lack of sound proofing, plus several other things, made it the worst of the many London hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s a shame as it’s in a good position for transport.

The hotel was only a short distance from Kings Cross / St Pancreas train station. It was clean, tidy and compact, ideal for a short stay. It does not offer breakfast, however there are a couple of cafe's within a short walking distance, both of which we tried. Check Google maps out too for what is hidden behind Kings Cross station in Granary Square and the canal system.

I stayed here for one night in room 006, which was one of the 'basement' rooms (but had windows). I received a warm and friendly welcome, and found the room clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable, there were tea/coffee facilities, bottled water, and some sweets and biscuits (nice touch). The room had a radiator that was adjustable, and there was always hot water. I found the room very comfortable, particularly for one person for one night. My only niggle would be that the walls were so thin (I could hear the person in the room next door boiling their kettle, or when their phone pinged). Fortunately they were a considerate neighbour, so didn't have the TV on and were otherwise quiet (as was I). The area is quiet - remarkable considering it is a 2 minute walk to Kings Cross Station. I would definitely stay here again.

Very easy check in and very convenient for Kings Cross and all travel through London Kings Cross and London St Pancras Stations.

Overall, an acceptable place to stay for a few days if you need somewhere near kings cross which has the essentials. The price was also ok based on London. The rooms are fairly small which is not an issue but to being very close to each other you will experience a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms and in my case, from someone walking on floorboards above me. They do not provide an iron in the room so if you need one you will have to iron next to the check-in desk which is a bit odd. Maybe its a London thing. Reception staff are not the most responsive or welcoming but i guess they see too many people.
