2nd time staying amd still just as fantastic as the first time. Wonderful, customer service from checking in to checking out. Very clean and family friendly. Great location for walking to disneyland.

Room was great, had separate area with bunk beds. Qwnt during the week, breakfast was good, bus busy. Alot of people. Kept up with it well and added extra saeating in another room. Only complaint is the pillows are extremely too flat. An assortment of firmness would be nice like other hotels offer.

The sliding doors separating the rooms were broken, the shower leaked water all over our suitcases

We were a party of 6 adults and 6 kids. We reserved 2 rooms. 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. The rooms were spacious, and clean. Our rooms were together at the end of the hall. Perfect place not to disturb other guests.

The team at Hyatt was amazing.Friendly and very accommodating by allowing us to check in early to get ready for a family event. I absolutely recommend this hotel to book if you are in the area.

This Hyatt is very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4. The hotel is in a safe location which is also conveniently near the Disneyland resort. My only complain is the $35 a night parking fee and the limited breakfast items. Pancackes are only on the weekends which leads you to eat eggs, potatos, and sausage pretty much all week.

The front desk was super friendly. But it was so loud and walls were thin as paper. I could hear the conversation from the surounding rooms. Housekeeping was so loud slamming doors. There was a convention and my floor was so loud starting at 6am !!! horrible sleep. The room itself was really nice and roomy.

The staff was amazing easy check and out will definitely stay here again. Clean and quiet.

Checking in, the staff noted the breakfast, but did not mention their “bar” food for dinner. It would have been nice to know about it because we were in a storm and didn’t want to go out. We have pizza delivered, but would have chosen to eat at the hotel if we had known about it. Also, the room above us had small children that wouldn’t settle for the night. We were on a business trip and needed sleep. It took 2 phone calls to manager and it was 11:00 pm when it finally got quiet. Maybe the bottom floor would be a good alternative for families.

You could hear people upstairs and on the side of my room very very thin walls extremely noisy ! Wouldnt stay there again! Not for the money they charge per night

Our room was very nice, 2 queens, a sitting area and sofa that could pull out as a bed. Fridge, coffee maker , lots of drawers, lots of towels. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was great, lots of variety.

This Hyatt place at Anaheim need to check on bed and sheets they have holes I told front desk and service staff they said they would change it but did not happen now comfort spacious room, breakfast and friendly staff was great

I would not stay here again, pictures were not even close to what the room actually was and was smaller than showed. The free breakfast was very simple not much for kids to pick from that we only went 1 day, coffee but no creamer even. Worst part was the roof was leaking on my kids when getting milk and on their head, another guest said something and all they did was stick a bucket under it . It was not very sanitary. Also never got asked how our stay was while staying or when checking out. Was more concerned of checking people in

love the install of faux wood floors in the room - makes it much more sanitary and easier for their staff to clean. i wish they would install washer/dryer machines on the property, rather than have us walk to the next door motel to use the facilities.

Only stayed for one night and it was okay, no complaints other than limited variety at breakfast and limited spacing for the guests.

Great room config. More rooms should be like this with a king and 2 bunks. Who needs 2 quee beds? This is better for all parties regardless of you are family or couples staying in same room. Thank you for offering this type of room.

Was not told I had to pay 30.00 a day for parking. I don’t mind paying additional fees, I would just like to be told b4 I check in. Jenny Cust serv..was so rude laughed at me over the phone. No respect. There was no customer service at all.

An excellent stay that helped us bring in the New Year. The entire staff was friendly. The hot breakfast was delicious and a nice way to start our day before going to Disneyland.
The Toy Story parking lot is only a 5 minute walk that provides free shuttle rides directly to the front gate of Disneyland. We appreciated the shuttle on the morning it rained and after leaving the park for the day.
My family would stay again.

My sheets had holes in them and one of the lampshade on the end table in between the 2 beds looked like it had blood splatter on it, it was discussing! The bath tub had no stopper so I had to use a washcloth to plug it up so I can give my kids a bath. The breakfast buffet was not good and was stocked very slowly other guests were complaining at breakfast time and I had to agree. I asked for syrup like 6x and it took forever to come out as the employees were just talking . Also the front desk lady told me to wait by the door to get my luggage and she would come unlock the door and never came. I had to find another employee to get my luggage . This was not a nice experience.

My only complaint is the TVs have no access to other HDMI settings. So I was unable to set the kid’s Nintendo to the TV to play on it. But other than that, the family room was good for Us.
