Good clean room and hotel. Breakfast was great. The staff was very accommodating. We had been driving all night and she let us check in early. Friendly staff! We already booked our room for August.

Conveniently located near the highway so an excellent choice for an overnight stay on a road trip. Breakfast is included and makes getting back on the road in the morning super easy. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

This was a wonderful location, quite, clean, staff was great. Only feedback I have is we had a room that allowed outdoor access and the snow removal on the sidewalk outside our room was very poor. It snowed the day and a half we were there and our walkway was not cleared once. There was a lot salt thrown down but that doesn’t do everything. Other than that amazing

Enjoyed our stay! Peacful space! Very clean. Only complaint is there is no highchairs for breakfast, which made it challenging to get both kids food with no safe space for baby to sit.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Fresh towels and toiletries each day. Staff courteous and helpful. Though We need to schedule our stay more strategically to avoid the hockey tournaments. Kids a little noisy after hours… otherwise a great stay.

We were on our way back to Ontario from our visit in Cape Breton. We decided to stay in Fredericton at this hotel which had a fair price accompanied by excellent service and helpful staff. The breakfast was good as well.

Rooms were in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was sparking clean. Excellent duvet and clean sheets. Full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage.

Room was pretty clean, no Kleenex or coffee pods when we checked in. We stayed for 6 nights. The first morning while using the hairdryer it began to short out and start smoking, fortunately I had brought my own. The second morning, house keeping just pulled the covers up on the beds, didn't actually make the beds. The last day we didn't even get house keeping. We were gone from the hotel from 9am to 330pm and no one came in to clean or restock. When I went to the front desk all the house keeping staff were gone for the day so the front desk girl brought us towels and coffee pods. I changed the garbage out for her, not a great experience. The breakfast bar was the exact same food each of the 6 mornings we were there, nothing different. We will be going to Fredericton 2 more times in the next 6 months and I had hoped to stay at the Quality Inn again but I will be rethinking this decision.

Pros: the breakfast is amazing - the gym is decent - staff is helpful. Beds were comfy and AC worked well. You can also open your window for fresh air. Cons: rooms are very dated. No usb plug ins everything requires a 3 prong. Tv is very old aswell, no Bluetooth capabilities limited channels. Bathroom is small and dated aswell. Nothing scenic to look at.
