Nice and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Just had quite bad wifi service air conditioner was not working properly room was not cold enough and hair dryer was not working.

The weather was great and I had an amazing time while staying at this hotel. Everything you need is very close. Also, the breakfast was delicious and customer service was excellent.

I'd liked the terrace having drinks there while watching the whole of the city over the horizon. Great staff and amenities.

Good hotel, the breakfast was great and it was included, had some mechanical problems with the door of the bathroom and the chain in the bathroom that flushed the toilet wear and tear, no big deal

Enjoyed it more pre Covid. Some deterioration in service and condition. While I like looking at the park across the street, the daily noise from traffic and septic pump trucks was never ending.

All of the personnel was super friendly and helpful. We only had a issue the first night with the shower not having warm water but it was handled right away! Yuridia does a amazing job cleaning the room! Marina who works the Night Shift was super helpful and friendly! We would definitely stay again!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL if you want to sleep in a clean place. My wife and I stayed for three nights at this hotel in a room with two beds. As we were getting ready to leave the room we noticed that there were two used condoms next to one of the beds. For three days the cleaning staff just did not thoroughly clean our room! Obviously, we put our complaint to the hotel reception, but they don't seem to have bothered much. One of the receptionists even suggested that the condoms were mine.

The location across from the Alameda Hidalgo park is excellent for taking a casual stroll. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Centro Historico, but wear comfy shoes as it's a lot of cobblestones and very narrow sidewalks. The breakfast buffet offers good options for carnivores, but skimpy for vegetarians; they even mix the ham into the eggs, so you may have to settle for bread and fruit. Coffee and orange juice is brought to your table; the staff doesn't speak much English, so learn how to ask for jugo de naranja and cafe. The front desk staff spoke English well enough for me to check in and out and get some directions and change some money. The biggest downside was the spotty wi-fi during peak usage times. But this was just a matter of continuing to try until you got logged on. Room was clean, with modern decor and a few nice touches. My simple room had no refrigerator. Next time I would opt to pay a little more for the park view, but I would definitely stay there again, all things considered.

For the price you’ll have a good place to stay, close to downtown & Alameda, property needs some maintenance and better attention to some things like Pool and jacuzzi which its not working properly, better deodorant system for the rooms and common places, excellent service and attention from the employees and excellent breakfast included, free car parking valet.

Small parking structure, hard to get out.

Very nice hotel centrally located the breakfast is very good with several choices and the service is very good. The staff at the desk were very good also allowing us to check in early and printing a document that we needed. We've been to three other places recently here in town and this is our favorite.
