This hotel used to be considered a luxury hotel, when it was a Hilton, but because of age and poor management, it no longer is. I'd love to see it get back to it's glory days but that won't happen without some renovations and better management, overall. That includes opening the bar back up with some changes in operation and much better management. And they need to revamp that restaurant. The prices are that of a 4-star restaurant, but the quality and service are that of a low-rate restaurant. Sometimes they will even refuse to follow through with room service because of being "short staffed". I suggest a change in management and obtaining a better chef. This hotel has the potential to be much greater than it is. If the owners would contact me, I have ideas to make that happen. Unless they don't care to be better and that's very possible. They seem to be satisfied with the temporary oilfield money. I suggest that they should strive to appeal to more than just the oilfield clients and there is a way to do that also. I can help.

Always stay here when in town visiting family.

The room was located next to a busy freeway. In addition, the people next door had their TV on all night.

Our room was clean and quiet. The front desk was very friendly.

It was a very rough day with family and got to the room close to 3am. I asked for late check out and the gave me till 2pm thank you for giving extra time to rest. I really appreciate that. This hotel will be my home away from home from now on when in town

Front desk not very nice

Stayed at Elegante in Odessa back in the day (pre 2011). Not so elegant. Something was wrong every time we turned around. Not as conformable. Was a good price on Expedia.

Almost perfect

Water was out so no toilets until hours later. Restaurant did not have running water until later either. Food options were not available as no substitutions were allowed, my 93 year old veteran uncle was told he couldn’t add or remove items from his breakfast

In severe need of a remodel.

The hotel desperately needs to be updated. Our room had furniture that was old and scratched up. I had a difficult time sleeping due to the noise from the traffic. This could be decreased by placing double panes windows on the rooms. The bathroom is also very small and dark.

Stay was great. Needs some updates. The water faucet on the bathtub was really hard to turn on. The overall stay was very good though

I love how easy it is to communicate with the staff. Everyone is so incredibly helpful, polite and eager to help. The room is so incredibly spacious and quiet. So easy to fall asleep after a long day of work

on Friday of our stay we recieved towels that stunk so bad I could not use them the next day they were not as bad but they did not smell clean our daughter had a room on the 3 floor and their toilet flush would not work they reported it but no one ever came to fix it we stayed here last March and things were fine but certainly noy=t this time we wont be coming back

Stay here often as is convenient and very clean. Easy check in and out.

I thought we'd stayed there before, but we hadn't. We liked that there was an on site restaurant - especially given the icy windstorm outside.

Check in was good. Front desk lady was very nice. The room was ok. The only thing I can complain about, is we could hear every car passing on the hwy all night. We didn’t sleep well because of it. No sound proof windows. But over all it was goods

It has a very casino vibe, it is interesting. They have the 10 commandments at the entry, which is cool. The biggest drawback is the road noise. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

We love staying here when we come to Odessa. Their beds and pillows are amazing. The staff is very friendly.

Floors, restroom, need updated colors at rooms

This is our go to for comfort and nice amenities,not to mention the extra bonus of the concierge room, when you stay on the 8th floor.

Coffee maker had nasty stuff in it where you put the water. Very loud from highway. Loved the bed and bedding.

I had a late flight & although the shuttle person was gone for the evening, they made sure i was still picked up. The hotel is VERY VERY out dated. I was pooped the first night and knocked out! The following morning i had to kill baby roaches in the bathroom. I put all my things away in ny luggage and proceeded down stairs where i waited for shuttle so i could pick up my rental car. The young lady was nice, but she was on the phone the entire time having a conversation on speaker and also didnt have her seat belt on. Not very professional or a good look for the company. This is supposed to be a nice hotel with a spa etc. Save your money. Its old and dingy! The front desk did move me rooms as soon as i returned from my business meetings.

As usual the Elegante didn’t disappoint. The staff is always courteous and helpful and the room was immaculate. Always a pleasure staying here.
