Although it’s a nice property there were a few flaws: our shower was broken so we had to move after unloading all our things, the room wasn’t cleaned although we were assured it would be and 2 of the public restrooms were out of toilet paper.

Very spacious rooms in a fairly modern hotel with nice views towards a vineyard. Nice amenities on the premises.
However, the restaurant comes short in both atmosphere and food quality. With no other choice on site, this was a bit dissapointing.

Our stay was amazing the only thing I found not so good is that we were a family of 6 so therefore brought our own food and did a little bit of grocery shopping but found that there was just not enough cupboard space to put our food that did require to go in freezer or refridgerator. Other than that would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy vacation place lots around to do with children in the surrounding area

Like the size of the rooms and design.

Cache a Maxime seems to have recently undergone a rebrand and is much more casual than before. We have made an annual trip since 2016 and I’m sad to say this year was the first year that it did feel worth the expense to us. The restaurant, while still very tasty and accommodating of allergies, is more expensive for less unique food. It used to have a true French vibe, luxurious and decadent with local farm to table cuisine. We miss Le Greg and Le Charlie (now combined to “Resto Bar”). Staff is less bilingual than before (all of the staff we usually recognize year to year have moved on it seems) but still very friendly, however there are no English menus available either online or in person at the restaurant and there are only 2-3 English channels on the cable tv (both NBC and CBS were no longer on offer as in previous years). Check in is a bit late (4pm) and less flexible than other hotels. We had brought dinner clothes but could’ve worn t-shirts (to give you an idea as to the change in nature of the restaurant). Our room was clean, the bed was not super comfortable but fine if you don’t mind a soft mattress. Overall it was a perfectly pleasant hotel, but the price tag just didn’t add up for us. All of the little things (service, environment, restaurant, etc.) that made Cache a Maxime an annual stay for us are no longer there under the new “La Cache” branding -even the logo is now a cartoony wine barrel instead of the luxe font. A nice stay but not as special as it used to be

Very disappointed. As guests travelling from Toronto, we had hoped for accommodation. i.e dinner, breakfast on site.
After a long 8 hour drive, we were greeted & told right away we had no dinner available. Leaving us stranded for food. This is the last thing you want to worry about when you arrive at your hotel. We did not end up staying for the duration of our stay & left early. Disappointing, will be getting a refund.

Very good hotel not too far from Quebec City and ideal if you need to travel on the south shore to visit different clients. Food is excellent. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Not too many of those in La Beauce.

Very modern rooms and decor. Some small issues - the floors are very slippery and minor items

One of the better places I’ve stayed in all my travels. If there was more to do in the local area, I’d go back for a personal visit.

Very nice place, clean. I also recommend the restaurant.
However, I had a very bad sleep, this is why I can't put an overall top review.
The pillows were small, and hard. I woke up many time in the night.
Plus, there are some nice LED light under the bed.... but it is not possible to turn them off, and the curtains were only covering 50% of the window, so there were a lot of light in the room.

Great location for a quick stay. Both for business and for pleasure. Would recommend if you are in the area!

First, the staff provided wrong information to us. When we used the information that the host gave to us, we entered into the WRONG ROOM with people inside already....Plus, the bed sheet haven't obviously changed, we found the CURLY HAIR on the pillow and bed sheet...

What a fabulous hidden gem of a hotel. We couldn’t believe that we found such luxury at such an affordable price. The pool is fabulous, le Greg restaurant is amazing, and the staff is so friendly. We were even recognized by the service team as we had stayed here last year as well. A lovely experience all around!

It was o.k. Some member of our family stayed there before and they told us it was ckeaner .The re ycle bin was so full that we had to put the recycle in and an adjacent bin they told us that it was not their fault but it was nor o.k.
So much dust on the tablet on the living room table that we could have writen a poeme.no hanger un the armoire in the room upstair.the fridge was not clean and there was ice cream left vrom the previous custmer. We had to ask for scott towel
Because there was none left we also needed for bags for the garbage can.those two things we had to go to the reception to get them ourself.in all the service was not what we expected.no umbrella around the swimming pool since it was very hot and sunny it was needed.all in all very expensive but if they correct all those thing and give a very good attention to the cleaness and the service and and I mean not to have a guy cutting the grass with a very noisy machine while we are sitting on the patio outside speaking.

Limited staff, no one to help, janitor is out for the weekend. They offered to go to the lobby if we need to pee ;-)) The section is probably still on construction.

Nice clean chalet, all you need there. Bring WD 40, all hinge doors squeaking. Do not rekomend locall wine. We tried the pink one, bad taste and after we finished the bottle we noticed chunk of something at the bottom. We bring the bottle to the reception and were told that is normal!?!? I did not drink the wine first time in my life, that was not normal.

Clean, nice staff, beautiful view, Noah Spa was relaxing. This was our second time and we want to go back again. If there is one thing, the toilet door could be differently set up and the restaurant menu could be in English but otherwise, excellent time.

One night stay over for us. We wish we could have arrived at the cabin sooner and enjoy an evening together. The cabins are splendid.

We stayed in a chalet . A beautiful modern tastefully decorated place that offered everything we need and more for s comfortable stay . The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen , BBQ and modern laundry . We could not ask for more! The chalet is in a beautiful natural setting and during the day you are surrounded by woods and classical music . Just perfect !

Beautiful chalet near Scott, Quebec, about 30 mins south of Quebec City. Modern design with all amenities. Highly recommended

Although this hotel has all the facilities to make it a great place, I found it to be very lacking in that personal touch that makes a hotel special. Staff were indifferent and unfriendly and this I found to be the most off putting. Pretty well everything you have to pay extra for, even the coffee in the foyer, which should at least be complementary in a good hotel.

We would have loved a different type of restaurant, less chic and more pub style.. we had to order. The bottles of wine in the room were great!

The facility and room were beautiful as pictured. Staff were very friendly to us as English speaking guests. No language barriers for us at all.
I would have appreciated a continental breakfast or at least some fruit and muffins available for a quick breakfast. Overall we really enjoyed our first stay and have recommended this hotel to friends already.

We were disappointed by the fact that the hot tubs and indoor pool displayed in the pictures were not included. They cost an extra $42 a person. The bathroom in the room did not provide a lot of privacy therefore not recommended for a family with teens.
The renovations made for a very clean room.

The down stairs need need some work. It is very noise when you turn in your sleep. The head board is loose as well. Lots of noise.
It would be helpful for the information book to also be in English.

I was staying due to a business trip so my review is not common I am sure for this lovely venue. I loved the rooms, bright, modern flare. The bar and common area downstairs was wonderful, with a walk-out patio to relax near a large fountain and pool area. This would be nice for a winter vacation as the ski hills are only 30 minutes away. The spa looks great but I did not have time to enjoy. The main restaurant was fantastic. I had one of the best steak dinners ever. The staff was friendly, given I am not a francophone. I enjoyed it so next time on a non-business trip I will bring my better half, my wife.

Great new hotel in La Beauce area, with great spa facilities. Large rooms, nice local wines to discover, great restaurant. Second stay in three weeks and we will be back!

very nice and modern facility, friendly and accomodating staff, extremely clean room, very nice restaurant with delicious food, the only down, the store and wine tasting not open every day, we would have liked to taste their product, appart from this it was a 5 star stay.

Beautiful rooms, wonderful grounds, great amenities. We only wish we had been told about the spa in the separate building upon checkin, so that we could have used its facilities before it closed for the evening. Otherwise, a lovely stay! (And the food at Le Greg is wonderful!)

The hotel is really nice. We got a suite. It was large and well furnished. The hotel restaurant is a steakhouse and we had a beautiful meal. Great service.

And great views!
