Some street noise and disruptive locals

Avoid this place. It’s located in an apartment building with zimmers for rent. Facade of hotel with scaffolding and dingy We were a bit late (45 minutes) due to accident ten minutes from the hotel. Elise charged us 45 euro late fee. It was at 9:45 pm. She said she needed to charge late fee because we would possible wake up her guests (insane) Insisted on credit card as soon as we walked in. Elissa was downright rude. Room is cramped. Shampoo and soaps are pea size. No Kleenex in room just toilet paper that is one ply and recycled paper. Skimpy towels. No fresh towels where given to us the following day Breakfast was not on premises. Free parking was at least 20 minutes walk away. Ellie’s insisted it was five minute walk from hotel. WiFi was horrendous. Only one of our phones worked on the house WiFi. Shower was in a locker. Overall if you’re looking for a hostel..this the place but not for the of a Sheraton.

This is inside a gated apartment complex and a door I right hand corner that is your entrance. There are several rooms as you walk down a hall. It is very clean and staff is very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early because my room was ready which helped a lot. I had a single bed, private bathroom. Bed was comfortable and I felt safe. I would come back again for a short stay.

I booked a room here for one night during a visit to Cinque Terre. The proprietors are amazingly kind and helpful people! They worked with me on my arrival/check in time and let me keep my bags there for several hours after I checked out. The room is basic but has everything you need, it’s clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfy! You can’t beat the location as it’s a 5 minute walk to the La Spezia train station and about 5-10 minute walk to the heart of town. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for basic but comfortable housing!

Thanks to the hospitality of Lisa, the owner, we had a great stay at this place. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast service. The price we booked included breakfast. We were told that the breakfast service was at an outfitter outside the hotel and that breakfast would be served at 7am. When we arrived the next morning at 7am, the owner of the breakfast place told us that the bread delivery person had not arrived yet and that we should wait. When the breakfast service started, the owner told us that our voucher only included a cup of coffee and a croissant. Is this enough to eat? I really doubt it.

The property is only 5min walk from train station, the host is even kind enough to lend us bath towel so we could get into ocean. We were also allowed to store our luggages at the property while we explore 5terra, and we really appreciate it.

Acomodación básica pero limpio y cómodo. Las habitaciones son amplias, con buen aire acondicionado y cerca de restaurantes y la estación de tren. Elisa, la anfitriona, es muy amable y fácil de contactar. Es importante coordinar la hora de ingreso ya que no hay una recepción como tal en la propiedad. Es una buena opción si se está pensando en visitar los pueblitos del Cinque Terre

the manager, Elisa, is very helpful, for my changing arrival time to early morning. The location is extremely convenient, a few minutes walk to train station and restaurants.

Great host with a lot of knowledge about the area. Huge plus that it is so close to the railway station so you can easily get away for your day trips to Cinque Terre! But if you are used to big breakfasts i would not recommend paying extra for it here since you only get a coffee and croissant / foccacia, and you also have to go to a nearby café to get it...

We had a great time in La Spezia/Cinque Terre thanks to Elisa and her husband. The bedroom is comfortable with comfy beds/pillows, the place is clean, in a perfect location. It's nice to have access to a breakfast with options. It was also nice to have connecting bedrooms (not that usual nor easy to find!). Most importantly, Elisa was a fantastic host with a lot of nice attentions and great travel advice (restaurants, things to see, map, reco on travel, etc). This is great customer service ;) I definitely recommend!

Zona centrale, vicina a tutto. La proprietaria , Elisa, gentilissima ci ha mostrato i luoghi d'interesse e anche i parcheggi più vicini. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Torneremo sicuramente!

Overall, the stay at the hotel was ok. The hotel has a good location close to the train station (to visit Cinque Terre) as well as the city centre. The host was welcoming and helpful. The room is simple, but decent and clean. However, we booked the hotel for two reasons: free parking and breakfast included. - This hotel does not have free parking (as mentioned on Hotels.com), there is a free parking spot at about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Hence, we could have chosen any other hotel without parking and would have been able to park at the same spot. - The breakfast is just a cup of coffee and one croissant in a nearby bar, which I do not consider being enough for a breakfast. For less than the fee you pay for the breakfast at the hotel you could go somewhere else and get your own breakfast.

Elise was very welcoming and provided an excellent overview of the accommodation, town and things to do; including information about gluten free restaurants. The accommodation is in a very good location to access the town centre, station, harbour and other amenities, and the family room we booked was more than adequate for four adults

The room was very clean, almost like new. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. Very quiet during the night. Just make sure you contact the staff in advance and let them know when you arrive so that they can give the key.

Awesome place! Clean and safe. They waited for me outside the building, helped me take my luggage in the lift and they let me do an early check in with no extra charge and free upgrade:)

This accommodation is sparkling clean and in a great location. Less than 10 mins walk from station. The hosts Elise and Simon are so friendly, thoughtful and helpful. This was the best stay so far on my travels and I highly recommend these rooms. Great value. I hope to come back again.

Elisa was super friendly and helpful giving info on restaurants and other area attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!

Nice hotel , good location very clean and the owners are very nice. We arrive after 7 pm and did not advise them so there was no one at the reception, but after phoning the number at the door, the lady was there in 15 minutes, let us choose our room between the 3 that were still free and explained us everything , I was really happy with this choice of small hotel and would return there if I was to return to LA spezia

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quality hotel with excellent facilities. Single room bed a little short and hotel is a little awkward to find. Overall highly recommended.

Elise is an outstanding host and an excellent organizer: she explained all that was necessary about the hotel, neighborhood, and visiting Cinque Terre in a very efficient and effective way.

The host Elisa is very nice and helpful. Everything in the room is above average for the price.
