The staff was great, most friendly I've ever experienced at a hotel. The room was clean, the whole property was in good condition.
The only negative was the amount of noise from the floor above, it sounded like they were stomping. However, that could have had more to do with the people in that room than the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Overall a good affordable place to stay; clean, quiet, comfortable. Kitchen stove, sink and fridge, but no kitchen utensils or cooking equipment.

First time staying at a My Place and would happily do so again. I like to go on long road trips and am always looking for affordable hotels with kitchens so I don’t have to eat out every meal.
We had one issue during our stay, the refrigerator fuse kept blowing and we had to reset it multiple times. We finally discovered if we shut off the ice maker the problem was resolved short term. We notified the hotel and I have no doubt it will be addressed.

We were supposed to have two queen beds and we had one. Slept 5 people in a room with one bed. The staff brought up an air mattress. We came home with bed bugs. Not staying here again.

Horrible why did no one contact me that there was no room available?? I drove 200 miles to have no room. You ruined everything!!!! I had no choice bit to drive back home. Thanks for making this the worst it could be. Why can no one tell me what happened and why ? You say your sorry buy it means nothing when you do nothing about your mess up. Thanks again for making this day pure hell for me.!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was so clean and smelled nice. The front desk lady who checked me in was extremely friendly and even gave my 5 yr old a snack. She made check in very fast and easy. The night desk lady was also very friendly and accommodating. There are many stores and restaurants in walking distance and delivery too. Over all it was a lovely experience. When visiting my family next time, I will be staying here again.

Our room stunk so badly like a very strong dog kennel smell. It also smelled of cleaner like they tried to clean it but the dog smell was absolutely horrible!!! Just like being able to choose a smoking or non smoking room, hotels need to start letting us choose pet or no pet room. The smell ruined the stay!

I was told they didn't have ay openings, and then went to my car and booked on-line. No amenities in the room such as soap, shampoo, etc. Did have dishwashing soap, but no dishes (said I could borrow from front desk), including no utensils. It was ok, but not as satisfactory as I would have hoped. Also, said breakfast provided but when I checked in, it cost $5 for breakfast.

The hotel had a very weird smell to it. And our room had an even weirder smell. Our room was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. It just had an odd vibe about it. We won't be staying again.

We had a prepaid room , reserved with hotels.com. We returned a phone call earlier in the day and reassured the staff that, yes, we were coming (it was prepaid, of course we are coming). When we arrived in the evening we were told there were no rooms available, and they would “comp” us a room at the nearby Super 8. (Not sure how that is a “comp” when we already paid for a room here. We were told we would receive a call from the desk staff or manager and they would reverse the charge. 3 days later, we still have not heard anything.

I was very surprised at how clean the place was. I especially liked the full kitchen and full-size fridge.

We had a nice stay. The only downfall that I had were the pillows, way too bulky and hard. I think next time I will bring my own.
