I was absolutely beautiful, clean, and large with a view of the mountains. Set high off the road with complete quietness. Loved everything including a great healthy breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely as was using the hot tub. BBQ in town was dire - avoid.

Skyridge Inn is a lovely, contemporary B&B with beautiful views toward Capitol Reef. Contactless check-in. Breakfast, served at 7:30 and 8 am, was delicious. Shawn was helpful is sharing recommendations for hiking in the national park and around the region.

Skyridge Inn Bed & Breakfast was great. Highly recommended it. Very convenient to Canyonlands; best breakfast of any hotel I stayed in during my trip.

Quiet and nice not far from the National Park.

The property no longer has a group gathering area as pictured on the website. There is no " hospitality" as mentioned on the website. There is no one to greet you, to answer questions about the area, or to give suggestions re: hidden gems. You are greeted by a piece of paper taped to the front door. Breakfast is 2 sittings- either 7:30 or 8 - no other option and no choice re what is served which was eggs, bacon, and a carb of white bread or a white flour pancake for the 2 days I was there.

Stayed 3rd floor suite with 2 rooms. What a view in both rooms. Watched both sunset and sunrise from our rooms. Excellent kitchen and breakfast was the best. We could not believe how good eggs and bacon breakfast were in the morning. If you are in fly finishing or visiting near by Capitol Reef NP, this is the place you want to stay.

As a family of 5 we had the whole 3rd floor which was perfect for our stay! This B&B is so clean and the views are amazing with big picture windows!!! The breakfasts were delicious with pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit and juice or milk (coffee was available, we are just not coffee drinkers)! Then the 2nd day breakfast was scrumptious french toast with more bacon, eggs and fruit! Shaun, the host let us know which hikes would be best for us in Capitol Reef. Our trip was more than we expected for our first stay in a B&B. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable experience.

Great place to stay. Amazing view. Good breakfast.

Some rooms come without showers. Check in is at 4p, but after 4:30 it’s self check in so you most likely won’t meet owner until breakfast if at all. If you make the reservation late it’s possible your room could need some light tidying but nothing terrible. I’d suggest this for a couple. I personally wouldn’t stay here again as an alone party.

Little run down. Hot tub pictures for the Sagebrush room, but hot tub removed
No extra blanket and quite chilly

We were excited to have a private hot tub on our patio and robes waiting for us in the closet - unfortunately upon arrival we saw there was no private hot tub on our patio and no robes. We thought: fine, at least there’s a hot tub in the shared backyard area: NOPE. There are ZERO hot tubs on premise. Which makes this listing out of date with old photos and completely misleading. The listing also said we had a bath tub in our bathroom but it was a walk in shower — the entire experience was a bit confusing because we booked thinking we knew exactly what we were getting into. We really didn’t appreciate feeling like the listing was completely inaccurate. We were really looking forward to having a private hot tub after long hiking days. The breakfasts were sub par and no hosts were on site to greet us or help with any concerns (such as there being no hot tubs on site)! Overall I wouldn’t stay again because I feel it’s the responsibility of a host to be completely forthcoming about a stay and what to expect. The B&B had a lot of charm but missed the mark overall. I’d book elsewhere next time.

This inn is very close to the Capitol Reef national park. The property is nice and clean. Excellent free breakfast. Very quiet since the inn has no other structure around, just beautiful nature.

The location was great with an easy drive to Capital Reef. The views were beautiful. The property was clean and the room was cute.
I may have missed it when booking, but the bathroom only had a tub and no shower. I would very much have preferred a shower.
We stayed 2 nights and the first breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes. Nothing special. Day 2 breakfast was lunchmeat, bacon and cheese between 2 pieces of white bread with tiny slices of melon and apple. Didn't look like breakfast to us so we checked out and went to a nice little cafe in town and had a real breakfast. One of the reasons we like B&Bs is because they usually have a special morning meal. Don't expect that here.

Huge lovely room with everything needed. Little private patio out back door with chairs to watch the sunrise and sunset on the red cliffs surrounding the property 360 degrees. Lovely spot to spend a night between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks. Beautiful common area to eat or relax. Great breakfast. Highly recommend!

The calm and quiet location were so delightful after the crowds at the trails in the park. Our room at the top had extraordinary views in both windows which made morning coffee and evening wine a treat.
