Great rooms with super friendly and efficient staff.

This was a lovely place to stay. We stayed 3 nights upon arrival in BA, then 1 night a week later, when we picked up our luggage, stored free of charge, before an Antarctic cruise. It was clean and comfortable, tho we had no view. The swimming pool on top was small but refreshing. Breakfast was good--good coffee, real juice, croissants, and other pastry, fresh fruit (and canned) eggs, bacon yogurt cereal, available til 11 AM. No generic pancakes a la Best Western, possibly why others complained. The best thing about the hotel was the service. The front desk was always available, to book a taxi and tell us the cost in advance, give directions and dining advice, store luggage, etc. They even delivered us an adaptor when ours did not work. When we were leaving a little late, they extended our stay without asking. The only negative was that the first very large king-sized bed we had was soft. No ice in the room, but later they said we just had to ask.

Staff was very helpful, spoke excellent English. We only stayed here 1 night before Cruise out of BA. It was perfect for us. Clean, location safe with several restaurants and bars within walking weeks before our trip, Concierge Enzo, arranged transport from EZE airport to hotel via email. Once at the hotel, Miguel arranged a taxi to transport us from hotel to cruise port for the next morning. Drivers did not speak much English, but were punctual, courteous and helped with luggage. Overall this was a very good and seamless experience for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Average hotel with limited amenities. Noisy elevator was an issue for sleeping. Entirely non smoking property. Average breakfast. Bar was closed whole time. For the price it was underwhelming.

Staff were very accommodating. I checked out, left my luggage with them while I went on a tour. When I returned, I was hot and sweaty. They let me use the spa area to shower and change before going to the airport.

Requested airport pickup. Received confirmation for same but no one arrived. Had to make other arrangements Difficult to enter or leave hotel due to sidewalk construction.

This is truly a wonderful hotel, from the first early checkin to the late checkout a week later, everyone was so helpful and kind. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was large with good bathroom facilities, the TV had Roku access to many streaming sites. All in all a fabulous stay and very highly recommended in the lovely Recoleta neighbourhood.

We stayed in room 602. If you have paid for a Superior King Room with a Balcony, don't let them put you in this room unless they have checked the electrics or your hard of hearing. The room key (electronic) wouldnt work, took us several attempts, each time, before it finally would work. When u get in the room and insert the key to turn everything on, don't expect it to work. You have to push it down. But thr scaryist thing was lights wouldn't turn off by their switches..even when someone came up to show us what to do..they couldn't do it either. Then 5 mins or so it went off by itself. Breakfast was ok. Location was excellent.

Great hotel , great location, walkable to the Cemetary and other sites. Many restaurants near by. Recoletta is an affluent area very nice looking.

While hotel website shows nice spa area, it was closed for maintenance during my stay. I couldn't use roof top pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. I appreciate hotel mentions the closing dates online so that I wouldn't be disappointed.

The elevator broke down just when I arrived, and there was not hot water in the shower

Excellent hotel, service was wonderful, we checked in at about 2:30 in the morning , later than expected and it was super easy. Bed was comfortable and breakfast included.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, super friendly staff, and very accommodating and helpful on-site (even if they don't pick up the phone, don’t answer WhatsApp or Expedia messages). Wi-Fi is poor.

This horel is in an excellent location. Walkable and safe neighborhood. Close to excellent shopping and restaurants. Rooms are good in size and amenities. Breakfast is barely adequate and onsite restaurant closes at 4 pm. All staff with one exception is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the one exception is the main front desk employee who is indifferent in manner and helpfulness (to be polite). His manner almost made us regret our stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I'm especially grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by Miguel and Santiago. Their helpfulness truly enhanced my stay, making it memorable. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy walking for shopping and dining. Clean and large room. Daytime front desk guy, forgot is name :-( , speaks French, is really helpful, and give great advices.

The only thing that I would change is the shower. Great location and breakfast.

Nice big room. Bathroom had a strange layout, very small shower and not good use of the space considering the room was so big.

We only stayed one night on a quick layover before heading somewhere else. This is a great location but is very basic. The room was very dark and the bathroom had a weird layout with mold in the shower. Since it was only one night, we managed but I wouldn’t recommend for more than one night.
