Proximity is great, small things like staffing of restaurant ( not enough), cleanliness of the restaurant was not good, closing staff did clean up or so it seems.

No room keys!?! So an employee had to take you to your room anytime you need it opened. I’m not fluent in Spanish and no one spoke any English. The room had a strong odor of chemical or melting plastic that got worse. The room was very warm and the ac did not work well. After one hour of it being on water started gushing from the ac. It took 45 minutes to get a new room. The new rooms ac barely worked. Stayed warm all night.

Good property, staff were all great. But my room was very noisy, I had trouble sleeping. Also it would have been nice to have more drink selections other than beer. I would stay again but would bring my own drinks and ask for a room away from the elevator.

Check in process was very difficult even though I had a reservation it was such a struggle and long process, room had a strong odor of cigarettes, bed sheets were dirty, no running hot water. I am very disappointed, I ended up just checking out early I couldn’t have myself or my family in there.

The trip was a business trip so the geographical location near the airport made it easy to do the things I needed to do without having to deal with downtown traffic.

The room was very clean. Only issue was I got called for the shuttle when I arrived and I wasn’t getting through with the hotel. I kept calling and no answer. It was passing midnight and I was exhausted so I just called an Uber to pick me up to drop me off at the hotel.

Horrible customer service. Every single time I come here. Because I come often they are close to airport. They don’t have “my pre paid” reservations! They don’t know anything about Orbitz it takes 30 mins or more to check in. Because they don’t know about online 3Rd party reservations

Upon checking-in, we had questions about the hotels rewards program. Karla at the front desk did not know the answer but said she would check with someone else and contact us in 15 minutes, she never did.
Also, this is the only hotel I've been to that offers room service but will not charge it to your room. We placed the food order by phone then had to go to the front desk to pay for it before they could start the order.

As other reviews have mentioned, the room was not clean, the bathroom was really dirty. Breakfast was terrible and my overall experience was disappointing. I would NOT stay here again 👎

I reserved a last minute stay here as my flight arrived around midnight to GDL airport. It was really easy to get to the hotel from the airport (just a few minutes drive) and I appreciate the 24 hour front desk service. The young man who helped me at the front desk was very attentive and helpful (plus he was very funny). The check in process was clean and in no time I was in my clean, quiet room to catch some sleep. They have complimentary breakfast in the morning which is pretty good. Overall a perfect stay, I'd definitely recommend the hotel and will stay here when I fly back into GDL.

Everything is good, but needs more staff the phone rings and it takes long to pick up. And for someone to pick us up from the airport.

Sketch neighborhood, ( not dangerous) hard to find but good for a one night stay to catch an early flight

Hotel was good for it's intended purpose. The on-site cafe was very disappointing and we had to find transportation to somewhere else. There is nothing in walking distance. Our room had no coffee maker and the one in the breakfast area was out of coffee with no one to fix it. But hotel is clean and quiet and has a very good airport shuttle.
