This property is situated on a private plot of land with beautiful sunrise and sunsets by the firepit! The property was so clean and everything you could need was there for you, even hiking snacks and umbrellas! I highly recommend this property and the hosts were so helpful and attentive offering ideas for dinner etc.

Wonderful place for our adult family group of five to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon. Peaceful and nicely equipped for our meal prep. Host was very responsive to our questions/requests. We would definitely book here again if we return to the area.

This was a super property and stay. It was close to Williams Az for grocery shopping and even closer to the Grand Canyon, or main reason for the stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet family location to stay for a few days. The property was clean, quiet, and it had beautiful scenery. The owners of the property werebresponsive to the needs of my family and were super nice.

Close enough to the Canyon (@35mins) but far enough to be quiet and away from the chaos. Scenery was amazing and the house didn't disappoint. Everything needed to rest and relax after a good day of hiking and exploring.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. Firstly, everything was immaculately squeaky clean, by far the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. The owners have everything stocked so nicely. This is the only place we’ve ever rented that doesn’t just give you “starter” supplies! The scenery around the house is something straight out of a Hollywood scene, just beautiful, and it’s only a few minutes away from a town just outside of the southern entrance to Grand Canyon. We had the opportunity to meet the owners (because we had a random request that they went to the store for us for!!!) and I’m so glad we did. They even gave us tips on sites to see when traveling to the Phoenix airport. It’s not a question as to whether or not we will be back, because we’re definitely coming back to this property! Thank you so much Pat & Kristy! The love and care you put into your property and the contentment of your guests is very obvious, and very appreciated by the Lavey family!

So many personal touches that made this property so fabulous! Beyond the great location- close to Grand Canyon and a little off the beaten path- the owners were very accessible and friendly. There was a little supply of snacks, plenty of coffee and these amazing condiment packages! It was easy to prep/cook meals and plenty of room for 6 to stay comfortably. The deck views were amazing- especially under the stars! Super clean as well.

Absolutely loved our stay! The Haven had everything we could have asked for - so many thoughtful touches. The house is clean, uncluttered, and the enormous back porch perfect for stargazing and drinking tea/coffee. The views were so beautiful and calming. The location perfect for a grand canyon visit. After spending our days in the amazing but very crowded national park, it was lovely to come back to this private and secluded home. The views were awesome from the huge deck. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed on this property for a birthday trip (4 out of the 5 of us were celebrating milestone birthdays!), and we got hit by a snowstorm while we were there. Pat made sure we had everything we need - we couldn't have asked for a better host! The property is stunning (made even better by 6 inches of snow!). We will definitely come back.

We stayed here just 2 nights during our AZ spring break road trip as our Grand Canyon house, and it was absolutely perfect! The owners answered all my questions very quickly and were awesome communicating everything. The house is exactly as pictured. SUPER clean, very cute, comfortable, and had everything we would need including ketchup, laundry detergent, board games, etc. The stars are incredible out here! It was the perfect place to relax after spending a day at GCNP. I wish we would have stayed longer. You do need 4-wheel drive to get here since the dirt roads can be a little rough if it's rained/snowed recently. We knew that ahead of time based on the listing, and the owner was great to communicate that again before arrival, but it's worth mentioning again.

We cannot more highly recommend the Haven! We stayed as a family of 6 - 3 couples ranging from 36 - 67 years old. The Haven is the perfect spot due to location, comfort, and excellent hospitality. Location - the Haven is a short drive from the southern entrance to the Grand Canyon and many great trailheads. We were at the park every day and our short drive to and from the Haven made this stress-free. Even though the Haven is close to the park, you feel tucked away off the beaten path and can enjoy the vista, quiet, and serenity. In terms of comfort this was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. It had plenty of room for all 6 of us and was perfectly appointed with everything we could need. We cooked all of our meals and never wanted for anything. The decor is thoughtfully put together. Finally, you could not find better hosts than Pat and Kristy if you tried. They were easy to contact, checking in (without being imposing) and truly went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay. The perfect place to stay for your trip to the Grand Canyon!

Everything about this property was amazing. We stayed at this location while visiting the Grand Canyon. While the property was a little out-of-the-way from everything, it was a perfect location for us. The house was decorated nicely and had everything that we could possibly need and more. The kitchen was well stocked. They even had little packets of condiments. The bathrooms included makeup removing cotton pads., shampoo and conditioner. There was a laundry room which included soap and dryer sheets! The communications with the owners was exceptional. We didn’t even get a chance to enjoy the fire pit. I highly recommend this place for an enjoyable getaway.

When we arrived, it was dusk and the lights along the deck were a perfect welcome beacon. My kids were enchanted with the setting and loved exploring! My younger kids loved the on-site games both indoors and out. My older kids loved the fire pit and stargazing on the deck. It was perfectly serene and peaceful. Not to mention super clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

If you are traveling to the Grand Canyon, this is where you want to stay!!! The property is spotless and the host provides with everything you need for a comfortable visit. Only 20 min. away from the South Rim entrance, this was the perfect place to stay. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of The Haven, the three bedrooms are spacious (one of the bedrooms have a full size bunk bed and the living room has a hide-a-bed so you can have a large group staying), two full baths with everything you need and plenty of towels. The interior is spotless, the kitchen is fully stocked (we got some basic groceries, but Tusayan has great restaurants) and their wifi and smart TV are ready for those who want to relax. The outdoor is amazing, spacious deck with a brand new grill, outdoor furniture and a ready to use fire pit!!!! My only regret? Not staying longer to enjoy the night sky and stargaze. Pat and Kristy are some of the best and most responsive hosts and I can wait to be back!
