Nestled in Laguna Beach, this lovely house for £287 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This brand new home features a whole bevy of custom and high-end accoutrements! The attention to detail is hard to describe, but the high-end touches will make your vacation in this home second to none. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms bedding for 10, this home is perfectly comfortable to relax during your stay. And the backyard - when not at the beach, you'll feel right at home with our amazing backyard. Everything has been thought of - a large in-ground custom pool with bubblers and large sun-shelf, large grassy area for the kids to play, plenty of room to run around, a huge covered patio to take a break from the sun and (you're gonna love this) an outdoor kitchen area (sans sink) to stage and grill up that delicious summer dinner. Oh, and lest we forget - a climate controlled pool-side bathroom so you don't have to track the water in when nature calls! On-site, we have a new 4-passenger golf cart, available for rent for a nightly fee, ready to whisk you two blocks away to our pristine beach. The single-story setup makes this a good choice for guests who are looking for mobility accommodations. The open-concept living room area has two large sofas and two comfortable chairs, views of the backyard, and a large, flat-screen, high-definition TV. A bright and calming design and warm decor ceilings keep the space light and spacious without sacrificing a homey feel. The kitchen and dining areas connect seamlessly to the living room, allowing you to cook while socializing with friends and family. The modern kitchen has everything you need to host a meal for you and your guests, including a stovetop and oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and plenty of fridge and cupboard space. There is a large island bar with five bar stools that is ideal for having a morning coffee or laying out snacks and drinks. The dining room table comfortably accommodates up to six people and a breakfast nook/game table can seat an additional four. Guests have their choice of four bedrooms. There are two primary suites each with king-sized beds and private ensuite bathrooms with dual sink vanities and walk-in showers. Each of these rooms features a modern style and high-end furnishings with large-screen TV, plenty of dresser space, and bedside tables. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the fourth room has two sets of twin bunks perfect for younger guests (or guests young at heart!). The rooms also have high-end furnishings, large-screen TVs, and plenty of space to spread out. These two rooms and the common areas are serviced by the bathroom in the hallway. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway for added convenience during your stay. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 10) • Master Bedroom: 1 King Sized Bed • Guest Bedroom #1: 1 King Sized Bed • Guest Bedroom #2: 1 Queen Sized Bed • Bunk Room: 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds Guests have plenty of parking in the garage and the driveway. **Use of the home's 4-Seater Golf Cart Rental includes garage use with an additional nightly fee. **Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Swell properties are always an amazing experience. This was no different, there were some minor inconveniences that were resolved quickly and addressed promptly by management. I felt like a valued customer and it's honestly why I come back each year.

The house was fantastic and great location. We loved the pool. The rear sliding door was hard to open and close. The dining table chairs were loose and need to be tightened. The house was not cleaned well. Toilets were dirty, floors had some dirt on them that we had to clean up a bit when we got there. One of the pillows in the bunk room had what appeared to be blood stains on it. The second king room only had the fitted sheet and the blanket, no sheet in between. The pool was also missing the safety ring, not really a big deal. All in all it was a phenomenal stay and would definitely stay again. Just a few missed opportunities that would have made it perfect and would have made 5 stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in great condition. Everything is new and updated. The backyard and pool were the best! We had a great time. It is only a couple of blocks from the beach, and the golf cart was helpful for that. The only issue was that we rented the golf cart but the key was not at the property, so we had to call and wait for someone to bring the key before we could take it to the beach. It wasn’t a huge deal because we just played in the pool while waiting, but I would check for the key as soon as you get there if renting the golf cart! I will say that the neighborhood itself is not the nicest around the house, but we felt safe the whole time and the back yard is so nice and private that it was fine. Would stay here again!

Lovely ranch style home and a backyard oasis with a pool. The beach access was about two blocks. The house was clean and beautiful. Convenient to shopping at Pier Park and not too far of a drive to Rosemary shops and The Hub (Big Chill) at Prominence. We had a fabulous time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in the Blue Hideaway was nothing short of perfect! Communication with the staff/owners was always positive and helpful. Someone came to check on us hours after we arrived. We were able to get in 1.5 hours early and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The kids went directly to the pool while adults unpacked. The golf cart we rented was waiting in the garage, ready to go pick up groceries at Carousel. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. We enjoyed the ease to/from the beach, Carousel and Thomas Donuts. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kids loved their bunk room. All the amenities definitely spoiled us. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were game changers and the pool with the tanning ledge was perfect for the little kids and lounging adults. Our family has already talked about when we can stay here again. It's absolutely perfect for us!
