Lovely place with easy walking distance to the sea front and the town.
The room was comfortable and perfect for our one night stay.
We had a really nice breakfast before leaving to set us off on our way.
Very helpful advice as well about the parking as the disc zone starts almost outside and there are plenty of discs in reception.

This is not a hotel,it’s a seaside guest house.The people there were helpful and a good breakfast was served.

Vicky and Steve were wonderful hosts, always cheery and sweet! The room was wonderful, the breakfast scrumptious and the pool table kept me more occupied than my girlfriend cared for. Would happily stay again!

Hotel was clean, well maintained and rooms were tastefully decorated, well equipped with an abundance of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Check in was straightforward and welcoming and all staff were uber efficient, polite and helpful. The location was spot on! Just a short walk to the beach front and off you go. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in a lovely dining room; juices, cereal and filter coffee followed by toast and a full English, plus pancakes and omelettes were also on offer.
We would definitely book again and highly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The advance information was accurate and the welcome was helpful. Advice on local places and how best to reach them was good. Parking was easy in the road outside the property. Cleanliness was noticeable throughout the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. There were multiple signs that the present owners are investing in raising standards.

This property is very clean and well organized, almost to the the point of feeling parochial. There are lots of rules, as, apparently, previous guests have behaved badly and now we all have to be quite careful to mind our ‘P&Q’s. The detail orientation and efficiency is appreciated, but may need to be balanced a bit with generosity and warmth of feeling. I felt a bit as if I’d have a nice stay as long as I didn’t ’mess up’. This is a difficult balance and the operators seem to really invested in the success of the hotel, but my hope would be their precision will lay the groundwork for warmth - and that others who stay won’t ‘mess it up’. I wish them the best.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included. The room was warm cosy and clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and there was plenty. Close to town and beach.

We stayed here in a family room for the weekend. Great location, 30 minutes walk to most attractions, and only 5-10 minutes to the beach.
Family room was spacious, well equipped and warm. The breakfasts in the morning were plentiful with a lot of choice.
The pool table and on site bar is a great quiet place to relax. Despite the hotel being full, we didn't hear any other rooms at night, and everyone slept very well.
On street parking was great, right outside the hotel and there was always a space available.

A really enjoyable stay in this family-run hotel. Lovely cooked breakfasts for vegetarians / vegans. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Would certainly re-visit.

This Hotel was okay. Bed was comfortable and paid extra for superior room. The shower room was extremely small. Hardly any pressure from shower, which was disappointing. Too many rules on door. Better or friendlier way to state things im sure. Breakfast was okay. Probably would return when they have an offer. Not really sure what didnt feel right but expected bit more.

Very nice hotel ! unfortunately I was injured and we had to cut our trip short . The hotel managed to rebook a part of our stay so offered a small refund which was much appreciated and very fair of them . Breakfast was very good and the room although quite small was very clean and comfortable.
