Lovely accommodations. Spaciousness. Comfort of room. Friendliness of staff. Quiet generally except for barking dog down the hall. Owners should not be allowed to leave pet alone in the room.

Extremely comfortable and well-appointed hotel I. west Hartford. I was offered Prosecco ( or water or cider) upon arrival. Room service was delicious and fast. Late check-out? No problem! While I was here in business, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here if family travel included this area.

Extremely fancy. Gave true old fashioned customer service. Extremely well maintained. All staff is courteous. Valet is only parking option. We had an AMAZING room with a view of blue black Square and the city. Room 508. The beds were very comfortable and best sleep we've gotten. Best part, whole foods is right there so you can walk to it quickly for anything. Breakfast had many beautiful options. Would recommend providing eggs for those who cannot eat dairy. The eggs had heavy cream in them. Jesus our valet was SO SWEET!!!

Every detail of hotel is exquisite! From arrival to departure all the spa services and amenities were spot on! Greeted with a glass of prosecco was a nice touch! Would highly recommend!

I have stayed here many times and never had any issues. Check in was great, room was beautiful and clean but the air conditioning did not work. By 1am the room had reached 78 degrees. Obviously was not calling for maintenance since my daughter was asleep. Checking out I told the front clerk and he informed me “some clients like it humid”. That was it, no manager, no explanation. Unlikely to return.

High end property with a luxurious but low key feel. Great amenities. Spa and restaurant are fabulous. The area around the Delamar is walkable and pleasant with shops, restaurants and a Whole Foods nearby. Highly recommended.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Delamar for my birthday. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. Complementary valet service! The entire hotel is beautiful, clean and well decorated. The king size room was large and gorgeous. Bed was comfortable. I know this sound ridiculous BUT, there was ice already in our room. It’s truly the little things! The bathroom was clean with luxury shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Lots of extras as far as mini bar, snacks and complementary delicious macarons. Yum! My fiancé and I really enjoyed the robes and slippers. The complementary breakfast was nice. Many hot, cold and fresh choices. Dining area inside and out was lovely. Definitely a next level experience worth every penny.

We recently stayed at the Delamar Hotel in West Hartford, and we had an amazing experience. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with fantastic amenities, such as Nespresso coffee, water, and comfortable robes. The bed was very comfortable, and the high-quality linens ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed, with excellent bath products that added to the luxurious feel of our stay. The valet parking staff were also very friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by all staff members. The reception was particularly impressive, offering us a welcome drink and delicious Merague welcome candies. The turn down service was also a nice touch, complete with more candy to enjoy. Overall, we highly recommend the Delamar Hotel for anyone looking for a delightful stay in West Hartford. The fantastic amenities and exceptional service make it a truly wonderful experience.
