Staff was extremely helpful and car valet was quick and friendly. Love having the pull out beds in all the rooms and a couch to lounge instead of the beds. Beds are comfortable, kids loved the pool and it’s in a convenient spot to walk to many different dining options. Breakfast is great too.

The overall stay was great and met our family's needs for 2 nights, however upon check in, they could not locate my reservation although I did have a confirmation. There was an issue between the hotel and Hotels.com with my booking. After 30 min, they were able to resolve. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Complimentaty breakfast was nice and convenient, but food could have been a touch better/fresher, but overall gets the job done. Would stay here again!

Room was spacious and comfy for 2 adults with 4 children. The bathroom fan/extractor was not working. The front desk called and let us know the fan is quiet… but I’m sure it was not working at all. It would be nice if they had parking for guests. Vallet was $38 a night and public parking a block down and around the corner was $25 daily. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Staff was amazing. They serve a great breakfast, have a pool on 2nd floor, gym 24 hrs and offer wifi.

Check in was so easy. Friendly welcoming staff. Room.was very clean. The area outside was nice & clean. My only minor complaint was parking. It was not on site and it was shared with the public and you have to walk down alley. But our window view gave us access to see our vehicle. On a plus side it must be a well known parking lot for officers to take their lunch or report time because there was always one near by. I personally loved that!!! We will definitely stay here again when we travel this area.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great service , great location, valet was convenient. Would’ve given 5 stars except for there was no vent or fan in bathroom. And ac in room took forever to start. Also breakfast seemed to run out of options quickly. But the cafe was great to order from for lunch or dinner. Also the pool is open late . Great for the kids!

Everything was great from the room to the heated pool to the breakfast. The only downfall was the parking. You either pay valet or pay city parking for over night. For the price you pay for lodging you would think parking was included.

The hotel was very clean. We never had to wait for an elevator. The staff from front desk to valets were friendly and welcoming. Our room was a king bed with a sofa bed. It was spacious with 3 adults. Even though our room was above the pool, at 10:00pm sharp it was closed. They have their own kitchen so the breakfast was always fresh. They served waffles so there was no disgusting waffle machine like at most free breakfasts. We ate on dishes and silverware. I would definitely stay here again. There was valet parking at a reasonable price.

Walking distance between the Glendale Galleria and Porto's Bakery! The room was clean and odor free, pet friendly dog run topped it off! We were greeted upon arrival, and when we walked out every time. My only issue was paying for parking every 24hr, hotel guests should get a special rate of sorts. Regardless. We are going back real soon, see you then!

I booked this trip on behalf of my mother. This was a trip with her sisters that was planned out for a while. Friendly advice: Check your perks before booking. Parking is very expensive! Here is the reason why I would not recommend this hotel. I got a call from my mother in the evening after her interaction with the night manager. As much as I want to mention the name, I do not want to draw a target on their back so I will be respectful of that. My mother and her sister after getting ready on the morning of 02/21/23 asked housekeeping to clean their room as they removed the "do not disturb" since they were getting ready and did not want to be bothered. Housekeeping was right next door so they were confident leaving the hotel for the day. After returning in the evening, they walked in and realized the room was NOT cleaned and everything was left including trash and dirty towels. They went downstairs to speak to the evening/night manager and they were told that there was nothing that could be done. The cleaning staff was gone for the day. They asked why their request was ignored and instead of being compassionate, the manager started speaking to them as if they were children and said things like "That's it, we cannot do anything and walked away in a super aggressive manner" To speak to your guests this way is not okay! I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, he apologized on the evening manager's behalf. I cannot continue as I'm limited.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place in Glendale. Staff was friendly and helpful. The valet service was exceptional. Parking rate was not terrible for this area at $38 per night. Free breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean and serviced every other day. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. We only had to travel about 20-30 mins by car to all of the sights we were visiting. Area was safe and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was a CVS right across the street which was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was good but we were surprised by the parking situation and expense which was not clear on Hotels.com. $25 day to self park and $38 a day for valet.

I booked the room in this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. One thing that I noticed was that bathroom sinks are not installed properly. There isn't enough room for you to wash your hands between sink wall and where the water was pouring. This was very inconvenient.

Very welcoming, the ac didnt work in my room so they switched my suite. The breakfast was great, only inconvenience was that we had to pay $22 a night for parking or $38 for valet. Other than that stay was great 👍

The only issue was a missing valet which I needed to leave early in the morning. It took 15 minutes or so for a valet to show up at 6:00 am. Other than that the hotel was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again on the next trip to So Cal.
