Really like this hotel but the water pressure in the shower is very low. It was low last we stayed also.

We arrived to the hotel saturday night for a late check in. When we got to the place to check in, we had to wait almost 15 mins for the person to check to see if our room was still available. Someone had got our room first but had checked out immediately and they had to check to see if the room was clean or not. It was clean but the bathroom had been used as there was garbage in the dust bin. The front desk staff was nice but the house keeping lady was obnoxiously banging on our door in the morning which was unpleasant. The bathroom lacks enough towels and toiletries. I’m assuming there is some sort of rooftop bar/lounge at the top as we heard loud music and when we asked the person in the lobby of the entrance we got a shrug reply as if we weren’t welcomed. The room next to ours was very loud and smelled like weed. Maybe we just had bad luck for this stay.

Staff was great, room was comfortable. Only issues were that there were clothes left behind from the previous guest in our dresser draw and the tissue box only had 3 tissues left in it (showing the blue line that it was mostly empty) which we used quickly upon arrival and the iron was missing from our room. The staff was apologic, but it made me concerned with how well the room had been checked/cleaned before we arrived. The beds, microwave, fridge, bathroom and floor appeared clean though. We also couldn't get a light to turn on and they sent maintanence up very quickly. The hallway doors were LOUD when they closed, so when neighbors entered and exited their rooms we heard it in our room even with our door closed, but everyone was reasonable with the hallway noise (5th floor, non-street side) and our stay was very quiet.

Room was so cold at 65 whole time. Thermostat didn’t work and it wouldn’t get warmer. Blanket was as thin as a sheet. Hotel is fine for one night. Definitely bare bone basics

Hotel location on Broad Street was great and the breakfast was really good. Staff service wasnt great and the worst part was there was no housekeeping of our room. We had to get our own towels from the ground floor and our room and beds were never cleaned over a 3 day stay. Disappointing.

We were able to check in early so that was nice. Unfortunately our headboard looked like it had blood splatter on it. The pillowcases had blood stains. The sheets were ripped and had more small blood stains. It’s disappointing that a cleaning crew saw this and still left the sheets on the bed. Keurig but no cups.

Beautiful hotel, felt like I was at google lol. Very modern, staff very helpless and sweet. Only thing was parking was hard to find. Beautiful place!

The only problem was the heat,,, the heat didn’t stay on, it kept turning off and would stay off for 20 mins, and stayed on for only 5 mins and I was cold for 2 days

Being on Broad St. was perfect! We were an average 5 to 10 minute walk from most places which is great, however you pay an extra arm and a leg for parking.

It's a nice hotel and in a convenient location for me on Broad Street. However, at 3:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off. Had to walk down 12 flights of stairs and stand on the sidewalk for 15 minutes or so. Then, after they let us back in, had to wait with everyone for an elevator to take me back to my room where no further sleep happened, sigh. I get that happens, but when I checked out in the morning not a single word about it, apology, or compensation of any sort. I thought that was really bad form.

Would have be ok except for fire alarm at 3:45AM and no communication as to whether it was a false alarm or not. Had to walk down 14 flights of steps. At no time was there any communication from a manager as to what was happening.

The room was dated, but in good condition. However, no iron in the room despite requesting for it multiple times. TV resort was not working for most of my stay. A staff was seen playing music loudly and singing despite seeing me. Seems her rights is all that matters, and rest of us does not (atleast in her opinion and attitude). Other than this, it’s a satisfactory place.

The stay was fine. Good location and nice newish hotel. The only issue was the climate control in the room. It was too hot and hard to adjust. Also, there was no body wash in the shower container.

Well, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I asked for cleaning during my 3 day stay, and received it. The staff all spoke to me kind, respectfully. Only i gnosticremember when we arrived and we needed some assistance with a cart for our luggage. We waited for an hour for a cart, the vallet attendant told us "he has nothing to do with the carts in use in the hotel, and he cannot go up to the floors to check for available carts. That i should talk to the front desk." So when i spoke to the front desk, i was told "to go speak to vallet downstairs they will assist me with a cart for my luggage." So i went back to my luggage and we waited an entire hour in total. Before i got fed up, and went through the hotel by myself looking for a cart for our luggage. I Actually found a cart idling in thw hallway on the floor we were staying on fairly quickly. It was frustrating, however the rest of our 3 day stay well lovely.

The Cambria Hotel is in a perfect location. Great food, shopping and the Christmas Village all within walking distance. The hotel bar was very cozy and inviting with several holiday drinks to offer. I especially enjoyed the service provided by the bartender, Kevin. Thank you! We will stay again in the future.
