You may never want to leave, but if you do, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful - perfect for family walks or to let the kids bike around. If you're looking for a longer bike ride, the Shining Sea Bike Path is only 5 minutes away - an easy ride on sidewalks to get there. This could be very dangerous for toddlers or small kids and we strongly encourage you to consider a different rental home if you have mobile children who can not swim. - This is a peaceful, residential area - no parties allowed. Outdoor quiet hours are 9pm to 8am - Sorry, but no pets allowed. No exceptions. - Sheets, bedding, and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. - There is fast Wifi throughout the house that will support multiple devices. - Note that we have a Nest Doorbell at the front and side entrances and a security camera in the backyard. - Pool is open approximately late-May to mid-Sept.
