Offering carefree resort living, this oceanfront getaway overlooks Edgewater's community lawn area where movie and music nights are held and a convenient location just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, oceanfront pools, and fitness room. The spacious, three-bedroom layout features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main bedroom suite with a walkout to the balcony and its own private bath. At-home meal planning is made easy in the full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Everyone can gather in the living room for shows or movies on the smart TV and each bedroom includes a TV for added convenience. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer round out the in-home essentials. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW The ground floor of this individual building hosts an indoor pool and a fitness center. Guests also have access to all the pools and amenities in Sea Colony. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests aged four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There is construction in the building through mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Love the view, very clean, but the rugs need to be cleaned, they were yucky, the third bedroom is a closet, not a bedroom.
