Located in Paradise Valley, this charming condo for £55 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Metro Scottsdale Apartments - we offer 1 and 2bd apartments converted from a former Hilton Homewood Suites. These are interior corridor units and there is a possibility of noise, food and other odors and everything that comes with apartment living:) We have a touchless automated check in process and you will receive all details upon booking. The Space: All of our 1bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect. Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park. Location: We are where you want to be in the Phoenix Metro. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 51, you will be10minutes or less from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Old Town Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

Very Poor maintenance Lights not working Half of wall in tub/toilet room not finished, no toilet paper holder Bedroom fan dirty and noisy Common hallways need vacuuming daily When desk clerk was told of the above Sunday am, response was yes, that wall needs to be fixed.

Overall, it's decent room but the place smells like a Las Vegas casino (i.e., Smoke and Cigar permeates the room). Location is good but when booking this for four people I expected there would be bedding included with the Sofa that turns into a bed. All that was provided was a fitted sheet. The mattress itself was really bad and you could feel every spring in it. There was no other sheet or blanket for the bed available. Also if you arrive after 10pm there is no one on site to provide the missing items. Another insult was the TV. I really could not watch anything as kept dropping signal and the TV would go black and state "No connection". On the up side, the place was clean.

Checkin process was not acceptable and help to overcome challenges was very hard to come by. The code did not work and I had to circle the property in the dark late at night by foot trying to get help. Internet and tv were not functioning most of the time. It worked on the last day. Again there was no one to ask for help. Phone number not picked up most of the time. Each time, I had to call 4 or 5 times to get an actual person to talk to.
