The outside and ground floor were as photos and expectations lovely setting in parkland.

Bedroom on second floor was not soundproof, heard a family either above or beside us until well after midnight, also heard the toilet system every time someone flushes, it sounded like the macerator was under our bed.

Exceptional Service. Our room's air conditining unit made a strange sound and they changed our room to a much larger room for no extra charge.

Self-service tea/coffee facilities could improve.

Fabulous old house ouzing with character in an amazing countryside setting.

Thin walls in the new rooms, we could hear everything from our neighbours who weren't being loud! Poor pillows.

The breakfast was good and the location was excellent.

The bed was a little too firm.

The grounds and facilities are so peaceful and utterly beautiful! But what made my little holiday even more special was the wonderful staff!

Loved The beautiful Chateau and lovely grounds..the main rooms were tastefully and beautifully decorated for xmas. Rooms were nice a spacious with balconies overlooking the forest.

Could have tea making facilities in the room for Winter since going to the Cosy Tea room for a quick cuppa before sleep Could be daunting in the cold. Also if we could have proper Ceramic cups rather than Paper cups. But just details

We are happy to stay in this beautiful and atmospheric chateau. Beautiful vintage premises located in a beautiful park. Clean room with comfy bed. Free coffee 24/7.

Although it was a nice experience to stay in such a place, I think it's overpriced since the location is far away from Strasbourg city. It took us 20 min to reach the city.

This was the second time we’ve stayed in the hotel, we loved it every much!

Wonderful building and park, very nice SPA. We were even lucky enough to be able to enjoy the SPA all to ourselves. We stayed two nights. The first room we got was right above a bar where hotel guests can take drinks and play music until late at night. The first night was unfortunately terrible as we could hear both the music from the bar and everything from the next room (literally "everything" whether we want it or not...) all night. The water pump of the room was also very loud and sounded scaring. When we complained, we got a second room, which was in a separate building and in a better category. The room was very quite and had a nice balcony. We are very happy about the change and the prompt reaction of the hotel staff.

The first room was quite a schocking experience for us as written above. The buildings are all separate and we have to walk under the rain from time to time to reach another building. A covered passage between the buildings would be nice. We expected a better breakfast. There was very little choice, bad coffee from a machine, sometimes no forks available.

nice property, even without a car you can easily find your way. safe and comfortable.
