Decent sized room for the price in Manhattan. I’ve stayed here twice for a conference right around the corner. The bed is so comfortable. They now have a “rooftop bar” but it is indoors so it’s not truly a rooftop. Still a cute spot! I’ll be back again next year!

Great location in financial district helpful staff. Well maintained, clean room albeit small relative to large franchise hotels. Not a fan of additional "resort fees" but are common in NYC hotel business.

This is an amazing hotel in a brilliant location, which is much quieter than staying in midtown. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were awesome. A door man greeted us with an open door, and we were presented with complimentary water bottles as we checked in. Check in was quick and easy, and the room was clean, and comfortable. Amenities were great, with a Nespresso machine, bottled water, and snacks. Nice bathroom with a rainfall shower. The bed and bedding are standard issue, but very comfortable nonetheless. And location was great. Right in the financial district with a bunch to do in the evening but not too crazy late at night. I would come back when the opportunity presented itself.

Cute hotel right in financial district. 2 minute walk to subway and more importantly Joe’s pizza! Standout perks were friendly staff, comfortable beds and quietness! We barely heard a cab honk! Bathroom was a good size but experiencing a little wear and tear. Overall great and would definitely stay again.

There is no parking I was advised to pay $50 an hour for parking My hometown is Manhattan I found free parking $50 an hour is ridiculous

This hotel was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the location in the financial district was super convenient to our trip. We had small bites and cocktails at the rooftop lounge and food was delicious. The music was very loud, but we adjusted. I would definitely stay here again!

I Travel for business and this hotel is clean, has a thoughtful room layout. Comfortable bed and great decor. I Love being greeted at the door. Really a perfect especially for NY. Nice touches with coffee, treats and water. I will be back.

The hotel is not big but win a very big place in my heart. It was warm and cozy, strategically located near the 9/11. Many foods in neighborhoods. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful. Afterall, I highly recommend this hotel. Next time I will come back staying here again!

This was our second visit to the Artezen. We thoroughly enjoyed both stays there. Lovely rooms, fresh bedding daily and friendly, accommodating staff, especially Daniel. Will be back.

I often don't leave reviews for stays but this hotel was actually really amazing. Everyone is happy and eager to help. I couldn't really find a single flaw about this hotel and its services. Looking forward to staying at bigger rooms in the future!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Artezen. The staff are exceptional - all were helpful, smiling and courteous. Our room was great - small as expected - with little wardrobe space, but fine for our weeks stay. Some outside noise, but again expected for New York and we slept well. We took advantage of the newly-opened cocktail bar on the top floor - enjoying the cocktails, sliders, fries and lobster rolls. The room and bathroom were immaculately cleaned and a couple of reminders to replenish the daily-supplied bottles of water, the only blemish. Being British, we took up the offer of the 'tea kettle' and supplied tea-bags which were excellent. We found the hotel location to be great for our first trip to NYC - with the subway just across the road and attractions of the WTC, Brooklyn Bridge, DUMBO, ChinaTown etc just a short walk away.

Absolutely top notch hotel. Nowhere was inaccessible. Staff amazing in particular our conseiage Daniel, top bloke. Would stay again without hesitation.
