About this condo rental
Rose Trellis is a beautifully renovated historic brick house ideally located in the heart of town across the street from the Harpers Ferry Town Hall. Avocet is one of three apartments in Rose Trellis. The apartment has a cozy living room, kitchenette/dining area on the first floor. The upper level features a bedroom with queen bed, a small adjacent room with a single bed, and full bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: There is a narrow staircase leading to the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor ceilings are about 6 ft. 3 in. and doorways are about 5 ft. 11 in. PLEASE WATCH YOUR HEAD! We kindly request that guests sign our "Potomac Adventure" rental agreement within 72 hrs of booking. We'll send an email with the link to our agreement as soon as you finalize your reservation.

We loved the apartment! It was across the street from cafes and a live music venue and just minutes away from so many fascinating historical sites. I traveled with my husband and my 81 year old uncle.
One note to consider for those with mobility issues - the interior steps may be a challenge which is often unavoidable in historic homes. That said, I highly recommend the apartment and the parks association guided tours for any future visitors!

Very cute and clean. Lots of hot water and a comfortable bed. Clear communication, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything you need for a stay at Harpers Ferry

The cutest little getaway home, so close to Harpers Ferry and little shops and cafes. It would be a long walk to Harpers Ferry, so we just drove and paid for a parking pass that last 2/3 days, which I would recommend. But the home is so welcoming and unique, with the old character and the modern touches it’s perfect! and soooo cozy, you will melt in the bed, totally recommend staying here!

My wife and I spent three nights at this location during August of 2023. Down town is approximately a mile away so this location afforded us a quiet comfortable stay away from all the business of the town during the summer. Across the street were two great eating places as well as a popular place for nightly entertainment. We were fortunate to be present during "Mic Night" when local musicians perform their musical talents! Off street parking was made available as well as all the comforts of home. If we return to Harpers Ferry we will surely stay at this location.

Loved this town and the beautiful little gem of an old house. It’s decorated perfectly and has many touches for their guests. From the copper claw-foot soaking tub, the hot water temp, to the electric tea pot, to the darling front porch rockers. It’s all perfect!!!

Beautiful, quaint home in historic Harper’s Ferry. Loved staying in the very nicely restore home. It was cool, comfy, and relaxing. Traveled with our 12 year old daughter and loved the bedroom nook for her. Loved the cute coffee shop across the street. This place has a great location and was easy to get to multiple places. We had a short trip needed to see family and this little gem provided a nice and unique place to stay. The host was very attentive. Would stay again !!!!!

This apt was spacious and the decor was adorable. My 17 yr old daughter loved the sitting room and claimed it as HER space. We all loved soaking in the tub. And to top it off, there’s a great cafe and wine bar across the street with great food! We already shared this listing with friends that we know will love it when they visit here next!

Had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location very much. Live entertainment across the road that you can hear from the front porch, and easy walking distance to downtown. The owners have done a great job decorating the house to make it feel like at home.
