The elevator available for guest use offers access to floors 0-2. As you enter the home, you are greeted by the ground-level lounging area (one of three living areas this spacious home offers). This space offers a large TV (cable), generous seating, a workspace, and doors that open directly to the sparkling private pool. For guests' convenience, there is a half bathroom on this floor. Entering the first floor of this vacation home (accessible by stairs or elevator), you are greeted by a cozy living area that offers comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa (queen), a large TV (cable), and direct access to the covered porch. Entering the second-floor open living/dining/kitchen area, you are greeted by a tastefully decorated living space. It features a large TV, plentiful seating including a sleeper sofa (queen), and access to the large covered porch. The porch offers generous seating, an outdoor dining table, and views of the swaying treetops and out to the Gulf waters. Entering the indoor dining area through the glass doors, there is a table that comfortably seats eight. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar which looks into the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts granite counters, generous storage, and counter space as well as a dishwasher. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
