Nestled in Evesham, this lovely house for £156 per night is a great option for your next trip. This wonderful 200 year old cottage has been lovingly renovated to the highest standard and given every amenity for our guests. Set within a quiet location but within minutes of the town centre the cottage has heaps of character and a welcome home feeling as you step through the door. We pride ourselves on offering our guests a warm and comfortable home to spend time in whether it is for leisure, work or a mixture of both. Children and pets welcome Merstow Cottage is a beautiful 2-bedroom property, located in a peaceful area within Evesham and walking distance to the town centre. close to river fishing The cottage allows well-behaved pets Double Bedrooms Tasteful décor with a home from home feel Prime Location Merstow Cottage is located only a 10-minute drive away from Broadway and the Cotswolds. You may visit Broadway tower and the stunning views or dine at Tattersall’s Brasserie at The Broadway Hotel. Additionally, you are only 25 minutes from Cheltenham known for its racecourse, This cottage benefits from parking nearby and with additional parking also located close to the property. Check in details and more detailed information on how to access the building will be sent before your stay. Kitchen Area On the ground floor, there is a lovely kitchen filled with the utensils you need during your stay in this self-catered property including a cafetière. Fresh Milk tea and coffee , a fridge & freezer with all essential appliances for your cooking needs. USB socket port Living Area Once inside the property, you are greeted by a living/dining area, perfect for dining and entertaining. This room leads you to the cosy living area where you can relax with the use of a smart T.V with Netflix. Bedrooms The master bedroom is located along the passage . Rest well in a comfortable double bed, ready for a day of exploring. This bedroom has access to plenty of hanging space , dressing and side tables . with USB sockets by the bed The Second bedroom is a good size , with a double bed. hanging space for clothes and side table , USB socket in the room. Bathroom This lovely cottage has 1 bathroom with a shower facility- toilet rolls, bath towels and hand towels are provided for your stay. Front Garden Slabbed and gravelled area with table chairs and large umbrella ,be warned front is a total sun trap:) Webber BBQ on site At the rear of the property, there is a cosy enclosed seating area
