You can whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling kitchenette, with stainless steel appliances and many handy extras. Gather for drinks, meals, and good conversation in the open living/dining area. A private washer/dryer and free WiFi add convenience to your stay. When evening falls, gather everyone around the outdoor firepit for toasted s'mores before getting a long and luxurious sleep in one of the home's well-appointed bedrooms. THINGS TO KNOW There is a cabinet-style fridge and freezer. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We enjoyed having a nice quiet stay in Three Oaks. It was exactly what we were looking for. A place to go after daily activities and family visits.

In the house we were met by dead flies, cobwebs and dust. The administration apologized and did not fix anything. Did not provide service. I really do not recommend!!!

We had a great time! The Nook is a lovely and cozy getaway within walking distance to great restaurants and stores in downtown Three Oaks. The house is charming with all of the amenities. The kitchen and bathroom are next level, clearly recently renovated with everything you could want. There were new mattresses on the beds that were wonderful! The neighborhood is quiet and I loved being able to see the farm fields from the front porch. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway. Cozy and close to all the area has to offer.
