About this condo rental
Whether it's a few days away or an extended stay, you will love our wonderful condo in the highly sought after resort of Windsor Hills. Our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo sleeps 7 + and offers beautiful views of the Pool, Water park, and other great facilities that Windsor Hills provides (Included with your stay, at no additional cost). Our Condo sleeps 7 adults comfortably, 8 if there are children. The bedroom consists of 2 King size bedrooms and 1 kids bedroom that has a twin over full bunk bed, and pull out twin trundle. The kids room alone can sleep 3-4 children comfortably. Two bedrooms overlook the pool, and all three have their own TV. Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access as well, which is offered complimentary to our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, pod coffee machine, toaster, air fryer and blender. A patio door from the living area leads onto a screened in private patio with a ceiling fan, two cozy chairs and a view of the pool. Local Attractions (Driving distance and times are approximate) Walt Disney World - 5 - 10 minutes Sea World 15-20 minutes Universal Studios 20-25 minutes Kennedy Space Center -60-75 minutes There is a Walmart approximately 1 mile away, and several places to eat. You will love it! *Please note - September 2024 rates have been drastically reduced due to the refurbishing of the outdoor pool. The pool will not be available for much of September. The rates reflect the inconvenience. Thank you.

I will definitely book another stay here next time I go down to the Orlando area. Went down for golf and it was really convenient getting in and out of the room with the elevator access. Room had plenty of space, it was clean and felt like home. 5 Stars!

We had such a great time! Close to Disney and wonderful experience overall. Communication was great and the property had all necessities for adults and children. We will definitely return in the future.

Great place to stay if you’re headed to the Disney parks, Disney springs, boardwalk etc. 10-15 min drive. Two extremely spacious bedrooms and a 3rd with bunk beds for the kiddos! More than adequate closet space, the splash pad and pool were a great bonus as well! Also…a PS4 and a sizeable TV for downtime at the condo! Very clean, easy access with the elevator and stairs, plenty of parking too in a nice community! The host was very easy to get in touch with and met all requests we had! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this rental. The proximity to WDW was what we were looking for and it was a short drive. The beds were comfortable, although squeaky, and everything was in working order. This unit has many ADA features if that is something you need you should inquire prior to renting.

We have stayed at Windsor hills for years when we come to the area, usually at a different unit. That one was already booked for our stay so we booked here and I’m SO glad it worked out this way. This place was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, and has all the amenities and extras you could need for your stay. Communication with the owners was so easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again and again!

This was a very clean, spacious condo. Great view of the pool and the water slide area. Host was very easy to contact. Check in was quick with very friendly, helpful staff. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Kristy!

The property was very neat and clean. Plenty of towels. The process to check-in/out was clear and easy. The pool and water park that was in the community was definitely the highlight of our stay. Kids enjoyed in the water so much. I would definitely recommend people to stay. One negative point, I would like to add is the trash from previous renter's stay was not cleared from the trash bench outside the door. Smell and flies was unbearable when we stepped out of the house. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Everything was clean, quiet, spacious. They did have an elevator. The property was beautiful and we all loved the pool! The property security were very welcoming and kind. The unit specifically was bigger than we thought, loved how we had all the utensils and plate-ware that we would need. The master bedrooms were bigger than I expected! The location was perfect! We could walk straight to the pool! And the owner was easy to work with! We would definitely stay here again!!

We booked this on a whim last minute. We even added on an extra night after booking and it a very easy process. The place was awesome and had everything we needed. Both a keurig and a regular coffee pot, air fryer, all the things. We weren’t given the unit # (we didn’t know we would need it at the security gate), and after about 10 min they were able to look it up for us at the gate. We had a mishap using another code to get into the door of the rental as well but after texting and calling the owners it was quickly fixed. Everything else was great. The pool was perfect for my little kids 4 and 5 years old. The balcony looks right at the pool and is an easy walk to get the wristbands for it. Very close to the front entrance. Plenty of room for us, but would accommodate a larger family very nicely. Definitely would stay again!

The property is exactly as described. The pool and water slides were great and so close and convenient. To address a few other reviews, the thermostat is remotely contolled but it was set at 71 making the condo very comfortable. Also, there is an elevator and it's only two flights of stairs.

Overall the condo was nice and spacious. We found the beds to be comfortable and the short walk to the pool nice. It’s about a 15-20 min drive to Disney and 30 for universal.
Only thing we didn’t enjoy was how extremely hot the condo was. There’s no way to control the temperature inside the condo without notifying the owner. There’s a code on the AC and even with it at 70, it was easily 74 in the condo which was not fun to sleep through. Unfortunately we have a thermometer similar to what’s in the condo and the flaw of these type are it’ll say the temp is “70” in the room it’s in, but fails to recognize how hot other rooms are.

The condo exeeded my expectations. I chose this condo because all of the windows and the porch overlook the pool I figured it would be a short walk for my five-year-old granddaughter. My granddaughter loved the Mickey room and the bed, she left a Disney decoration for the room. The grounds were beautiful the pool and water slides were excellent my granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed everything. The staff at the store were all excellent. When we arrived the code to get into the condo did not work but the owners did get back to me very quickly and we're very apologetic, so it was a non-issue. I would highly recommend this condo, and will definitely look to rebook it when I go back.

I have stayed in Windsor Hills before and this unit was much nicer! It looked just like the pictures but even nicer in person. It had everything you could need for cooking and eating in.l It was decorated nice with comfortable couches and beds. My sons loved the kids room. The best part of this unit is location. The patio faces the pool. You do not have to get in the car to drive to the pool which was a major bonus.! We will definitely be staying here again!!

This is my 10th trip to windsor hills and evertime I stay it gets better. This was the best equipped condo by far. This condo had everything, plenty of towels, utensils and even a blender and airfryer. I really liked that there was no carpets. If you had small children this condo had a stroller, beach towels and pool toys. I would definitely recommend this condo.

A very well decorated and well kept condo.The pool and water park are a added plus, the condo is well stocked with anything you would need.we would highly recommend this condo the owner responded to any questions you have in a timely manner.

The property is well stocked with great amenities. The unit is in a secure, gated community. While the check-in process was long at the gate, afterwards we were able to go directly to the unit since we did not intend to use the pool. The pool did look great, especially if you have kids. The condo was clean and very spacious pointing directly to the pool area. Being by the pool, it could get loud. Since it was cooler while we were there, we got a reprieve from the noise. Super close to Disney, although we were not there for that purpose. Close to shopping and restaurants. The cons. No elevator, so you will be packing all your stuff up to the third floor. The beds are FIRM. If, soft cushioned beds is your preference, this might not be your place. Other than that, we had a great three nights stay.

Great apartment, clean very nice. The starbucks at the beginning was great! Dont use the turn it says to, as that is always busy...go down a light, or use the turn about! Easy to reach manager! Enjoyed!

Very smooth process with check in. The property was perfect and close to Disney World. Loved that Walmart was close by. We’re from Hawaii and we don’t wear shoes/slippers in the house but quickly found out that the floors were clean but not clean enough to go barefoot in the house. I wore my slippers around the house. Had difficulty with the coffee maker couldn’t figure out how to use the single pods and ended up just making pots of coffee. Really felt at home, loved the proximity to parks and shopping, and felt safe in the gated community.

Planned a last minute trip with my daughters. This property was well laid out, clean, and welcoming. Nicely decorated. In a nice resort. Wish we had more time to explore it!

Perfect location for back and forth to Disney Parks. Place was updated, great flooring, excellent entertainment options inside the condo. Elevator makes checking in and out simple. Near pool, plenty of parking.

We vacation frequently to the Orlando area and have stayed in various types of places through the years. This was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We traveled with our 2 kids and it was really nice that we all had our own rooms, a washer and dryer and stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast each morning. We didn’t have time to use the amenities, but it was cool to have a view!

Comfortable bedding, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, screened porch overlooking the pool. 3 bedrooms-could really consider two masters as both have direct bathroom access. Cute 3rd bedroom with bunk set. We liked it so well that we have already made reservations for next year!

There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean and easy to access all the Disney parks . The host was very accommodating when we had questions and got back with us immediately . The whole property was very clean and the pool for the littles was a hit . I would stay here again !!

Decided to take a chance on this condo, even though there were no helpful reviews about it, and I'm glad we did. It had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms had very good lighting. There were plenty of towels, and extras for the pool in the master closet.
There are no pictures of the kitchen on the listing, but it is a nice basic kitchen with most of the things needed for meals. There a Keurig coffee maker and a box of coffee pods, but no other food basics, not even salt and pepper or coffee filters. So be prepared to bring everything you need. There is a really cute set of Mickey Corelle plates.
In the master closet was a high chair, pack and play and stroller.
The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. There is a nice screened balcony that faces the pool and it is an easy walk to it. Only on the weekend during a couple of hours in the afternoon when the pool music was turned up could we hear anything from the pool area.
Windsor Hills itself is in a great area, close to Disney, with a Walmart just down the street and near many restaurants. The condo has a door code, so you can go straight to it to check in, only needing to stop at the office to get wristbands to get into the pool area. The pool has a great zero entry for little ones and a fun splash park with slides.
We had a nice stay here and are glad we chose this condo.

Great place to stay! Our biggest concern was that there's NO RECYCLING here. I really can't believe there's anywhere that's not recycling. Disappointing. We had to take all recycling with us.
