New home, but already needs repair. Very clean place, but there were maintenance things that needed to be addressed. For example, the upstairs bathroom sink drain is clogged, the back door deadbolt needed new batteries, stairwell & upstairs hallway smelled like dog pee(we didn’t have a pet with us). There’s NO firewood, but it would be nice to know that in advance. The hot tub cover kept flying open due to the wind & the hot tub cover locks were broken

We enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July weekend. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Nice quiet neighborhood too. If you have small dogs, it would be a good idea to keep them on leash in the yard as there are several spots where they can escape through the fence.

Property was very clean and well stocked. Due to the heat the weekend we were there, spent a little more time at the house then expected and it was very comfortable. A little bit away from downtown area, but a short drive and couple of turns and you were there. Had a couple of questions and Rose was always very prompt to reply.

We loved staying at this house. It may be a little ways away from Canal Park and other Duluth attractions, but not so far that you can’t drive to those in less than 10 minutes. Very beautiful inside and has everything you need. The house was also very clean. We plan on staying again!

The property was nice and clean and perfect for our stay in town for a friend’s wedding. The hot tub and fire pit were a major plus. It was easy to feel at home in the space. Thanks!

Sam and Rose curated a lovely space for a weekend away with family. The house had every amenity we needed in addition to being clean and tidy. The check in and out process was made easy with great communication from the hosts. Duluth and the surrounding areas were easily accessible from the house’s location. We had a great experience.

We had a great time staying here! We enjoyed the hot tub both nights. Had a little trouble with the temperature of the hot tub but when we contacted the host he got back to us right away and came over and fixed it. Spirit Mountain closed due to high winds but we enjoyed many other things in Duluth. Would definitely stay here again!!

The property was very clean, everything appeared just as pictured. There was a significant amount of snow in the days prior to our visit. They did a great job clearing snow on the patio for access to the hot tub, outdoor furniture, and fire pit. The parking spaces and walkway to the house were also clear of snow and ice. The home is located minutes from the interstate, minutes from grocery store, and less than 10 minutes to downtown if heading out to dinner. It was also less than 10 minutes to Spirit Mtn. We loved it!!!

We loved the property. Very cute decor, lots of space. It’s great for our dog with a fenced in yard! Everyone had their own room.
