You are only metres from the beautiful Catalina Golf Club and a lovely flat walk along the promenade to the town, or better yet bring your bikes and ride! On the entry level you have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main has a queen bed and TV, plus an ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. All bedrooms have RC air conditioning. Go up the stairs and enter into the gorgeous light filled living room with a very modern kitchen/dining next to this opening onto the balcony with Bay glimpses. There is a BBQ here for al fresco dining. There is also RC air conditioning in these spaces.Our owners have thoughtfully provided internet and a smart TV and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm for the family. Bathrooms/Laundry:There are 2 bathrooms, one an ensuite and the main bathroom with a tub. There is another powder room upstairs. There is a fully equipped laundry. All linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Just pack your beach towels! Please note this property does not accept schoolies.
