The condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 people comfortably, but base pricing is set at 4 guests. The first bedroom has a king bed, a desk for any last minute work you need to do before attending a football game, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, desk, TV, and attached bathroom with a tub shower. The condo is located in a gated community and you will have 2 reserved parking spots. There is also a grill on the property for your convenience! The courtyard is shared by several units and is open for you to use. There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests. **All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification** *If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. * Please be aware that parking is very compact.
