A comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the bottom paddock and 2-acre fully fenced area. Getting Around: By car: - 1 1/2 hrs drive from Sydney By public transport: No public transport available Other Things to Note: - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We have dogs on the property that occasionally bark - Mobile reception is good for Telstra and Optus, but Vodaphone might struggle a bit - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - Please do not enter restricted areas such as animal paddocks without the land host's permission - BBQ grill is available for guests to use at $30. This covers the cost for cleaning, equipment needed, gas, etc. - Outdoor firepit is not available due to the unusual dry weather conditions.
