Situated just off Atlantic Avenue behind the luxurious Opal Grand Hotel, this 1 bed, 1 bath is the perfect place for a beach retreat. Less than a 2 minute walk from the sandy dunes of Delray Beach but both close to the vast array of bars and restaurants and also tucked in a peaceful tropical setting. Recently updated this modern but cost accommodation provides all the comforts of in a vacation style setting. Located amongst large spacious grounds with numerous outdoor seating and dining areas as well as a stunning oversized pool. Guests have a dedicated parking space and access to a coin operated laundry room.

Just off of Atlantic Blvd and so close to the beach, this is the ideal location without the noise! Super cute and well equipped, the only glitch...no outlet to be found in the bathroom. But, we loved it!

I'm very familiar with Grove condos and knew what to expect. All was fine except the wind and clouds but still better than NJ

The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. A dust pan and broom would be a nice addition to do the floors.

The Condo was a perfect size for 2 of us. It was in a great location, a block from the beach and a block from the Ave. The condo was clean and comfy. Only negative was no outlets in the bathroom but we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again. It had beach chairs and umbrella which we used every day. It had a pool which unfortunately did not get to take advantage of.

Condo is in a perfect spot just a few steps from the beach and easy access to Downtown Delray Beach entertainment district.
Owners do a great job of keeping little things like beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas to make your stay more enjoyable.

Cozy apt super close to the beach( 1 1/2) blocks. A beautiful beach, water was crystal clear. Property manager was great with answering questions. Many great bars and restaurants in the area. I recommend Deck 84. Da Da and Rosas Daughters. Very active nightlife on Atlantic Ave. Freebee app offers free rides in golf carts during popular times of day.

You can't get much closer to the beach and the action on Atlantic Ave! Located directly behind The Opal Resort and some YUMMY cocktails! Clare was a great host!

Location was great.
But,Tried to enter the key code when arriving, and could not get in. Seems the code only works in front door. should have been told. There was no network TV. Only streaming. Cannot watch Playoff NFL games on a streaming service. Also cannot watch daily news or any live tv at all. Not good. No outlets in bathroom for plugging in hair dryer, had to go to another room. Property manager tried to help, but couldn't get past the issues.
I probably should have noticed that there was not a dish washer, but I think this is something that VRBO should highlight, you shouldn't have to ferret out things that are omitted.
