Very nice hotel and casino . Employees very welcoming and helpful

Unfortunately I didn't get to stay. Due to a family emergency I had to leave that evening.
I checked in a little after 4PM. Took a quick shower a grabbed dinner.
The room was nice and had a quick dinner down in the casino.
Received a call around 8:45 and had to check out.
Expensive place to take a shower.
Still a nice place.

The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful selection of artwork to view. The floors are literally gleaming. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were not all that comfortable sadly. Three nights in one of hardest mattresses and I swear I could feel springs. Otherwise, the room itself was great with plenty of room for two of us and our clothes. The bathroom was clean although the grout in shower was stained. Brave hotel having white showers with white grout. Discoloration is minor and the shower operated perfectly. Not a deal breaker in any way. We liked that it was connected to the casino. So much fun!

At check-in which was 5:45 p.m. in the evening I was told my room was not available and I would have to wait until one was and I would receive a text message. This was very disappointing since checking as earlier in the day and I was attending a Gala that evening being held at the hall in the casino. Thankfully please that I'd never give security lady was very helpful and I was put in a room within 10 minutes. The room itself was okay the exhaust fan and the bathroom has no switch to turn it on and off so it ran all night long and the air conditioning did not work the room was 77 degrees all evening.

Nice room however wasn't able to control the temperature. Was too warm for sleep. Bed was a bit lumpy on one side. Other side was great. Time for new mattress. Bathroom was beautiful. Wonderful light and space.

Room was clean and well decorated but the water did not work properly. Only hot water would come out of each faucet. There was no way to adjust the water temperature in the shower or sink. This made taking a shower nearly impossible. Fortunately I was only staying one night.

Everything was amazing. The only thing was the pillows had stains on them and it was hair in the bathroom.

Overall excellent. Shower... I felt a bit unsafe... Slippery. Water took awhile to get hot. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel/property.

We have stayed at this hotel previously. It is gorgeous! The customer service was amazing. We flew into BWI and our flight was delayed but Sherri Norton communicated frequently by text and made sure our reservation was held even though we arrived at around 2am. She is a gem and reduced my anxiety greatly. Roscoe was a pleasure and checked us in late and knew of our delay. Kudos to these two staff! The only issue we had this time but not previously was that we could not regulate the heat and the room stayed around 76-79 F. We set the thermostat to 68 F. In all fairness, we did not call the desk because it was past 2am.

I had several problems one was with the loilet, which stopped working and the other was the temperature control in the room - very cold and i informed the front but nothing was done - this is a recurring problem the last visit the inability to adjust the temperature in the room. I am also seeing a problem with the reservation itself and will inform my bank.

The stay was average. Room was clean and looking nice. The following things need improvement;
The shower had very low water pressure.
Floor and desk lamp switches didn't work, had to plug and unplug the lighting .
Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose on the wall.
And lastly the temperature of the room was uncomfortable the whole time there. Mase adjustments to the thermostat with really no change to the room temperature.

This place absolutely exceeded my expectations! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. This casino is easily comparable, if not better, than a lot of the top casino’s found on the strip in Vegas. It’s definitely worth it. The proximity to the mall is insanely close. I would 1000 percent recommend staying here.

Nice hotel attached to a casino, so many activities and options depending on what you're looking for.

Certain staff members were extremely rude to certain guests which made it obvious which guests or people they preferred overall. This was very uncomfortable. The physical aspects of the hotel were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. the bed was every comfortable and the bath was nice and clean.
It made us feel like the staff only wanted people who were the same as them and automatically treated people who didn't differently.

Austin Mattew gave us superb service! He was understanding and patient! I noticed he was providing everyone with such care! Hotel was clean and had alot of options for food. No room service though. Even if you dont partake in casino, there is big mall with lots of other entertainment options
