Where do I begin? So, I scheduled housekeeping through the app as they requested; however, I was still waiting for someone to come. I called the front desk, and they advised me they would forward the message to housekeeping. Again, no one ever responded. Finally, I had to go downstairs to the front desk and inform them we had no clean towels in our room. 3 hrs later, we got some towels. Housekeeping came to clean our room the following day and left the soiled towels and linen from our bed in the hallway outside of the room. The dirty laundry remained outside of our room for three days straight. I took photographs each day, which are displayed below. We had family visit us at the hotel, and I was embarrassed. The employee was walking down the hallway on her phone, obviously a personal call on speakerphone loudly. Lastly, for the most part, the hotel staff was ok. However, the woman who worked the day shift never greeted my wife and me during our stay. We travel several times a month for business; this is the first time I have experienced such a thing. You couldn’t pay me to come back to this hotel. Shoutout to Ms. Tawana! She was the lone shining star during our stay. Wonderful spirit.

There was no service room ! No body told us that we should ask for this ! There was a problem with the safety box and never came back to repair . And the hot water was terrible

The bedroom can use small upgrades, for example the headboard has a switch but it did not work so this whole headboard should be upgraded. Their are light switches on the wall which no longer work or go with the room they should be removed. The bathroom is beautiful but the bedroom quality does not match.

Spacious room, comfy beds, pillows, and linens, safe, clean, convenient parking. Close to Kessler Rehab center and not far from Cooperman Barnabas Hospital. Food, Starbucks , and movie theater nextdoor Easy check in and out. Will definitely be back!

No complaints at all. Loved our King Studio style room. Quiet, safe and cozy. Friendly staff. I don't typically review but for the price, the quality staying here is was worth a solid review.

The stay was nice. The hotel is super convenient and had a lot of options close by. One issue was the water did not get hot and the trash cans had no bags. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Bizarrely, I would say, aggressively rude, interaction with the front desk person. I walked up to the desk, smiled, and said "hi" to which she stared at me, unblinking, for several seconds and did not say anything (weird, right???) I proceeded to ask a simple question about my reservation which she completely ignored. (even weirder???) Finally, unsure of what else to say, I asked "does that make sense?" to which she responded "yeah no not really" with a crazy attitude. I'm a friendly and normal person and approached her in a friendly and normal way and she responded like I had done something horrible to her! Extremely weird and rude... The lady who checked me in earlier that day however was very friendly and lovely!
