Great location, lots of dining options really close to the hotel. The staff was kind and friendly. The included breakfast was adequate, nothing really special, and the elevator is still broken. But this are two small criticisms in an otherwise excellent experience.

The property was in a convenient location and staff were super nice. They gave us great advice on what to do and where to go. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. When we arrived the bathroom was very dirty, the wood under the sink was broken and we had no hot water throughout the trip. The location is very convenient but would not stay there again.

It is in a good location and the room is big. The condition of the room has seen better days. When showeing the water runs everywhere in the room. Faucet in bathroom was loose. Warm water did not work twice but was fixed after telling the staff. No door in bathroom/toilet. Its to expensive for what you get. There are better options in Bocas

We had a wonderful time at our stay in this hotel in Bocas. The room was larger than expected with a gorgeous view of the area, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The staff was always friendly and helped us with any inquiries we had throughout our stay. Jordano treated us like we were at home. The overall experience was awesome, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

When.they was ready to give.me.the room was.ocupaid by 2 ladies doing a hair. I didnt undesrtood. Later they give me a darty room. Just with the bed made.

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER. 1st day we are told we would be moved to another room the next night. There was no soap or shampoo in our room. When I asked for it I was told they make their own soap with coconuts and they ran out. We ended up purchasing our own soap and shampoo. Next night we were moved to another room and again no soap/shampoo in this room also. Around 9pm, there is no water available to our room. I asked the front desk and he told me they will be getting someone to fix it. Next morning we are in a rush to go on our tours. I go downstairs at 7 am asking why there is still no water. He told me there is a person coming at 8 am to fix the issue. Go downstairs again at 8:30 am and am told the person will be here at 9 am to fix the issue. Fail to understand how this would not be a priority for the property to take care of this issue ASAP. The water issue was fixed at 9:30 am but now we have NO water in the toilet. So we buy couple of gallons of water to flush the toilet as we have 3 people in the room. The toilet would work 2nd & 3rd day on/off as there was not enough pressure coming upstairs for toilet. We had to guess if the toilet would flush each time. The third night at around 2 am the AC starts leaking water as if someone had opened a faucet, the whole room is full of water on the floor and since the AC unit is directly above the bed some water is also leaking on the bed. We ended up turning it off & sleep in heat. KEEP YOUR SANITY & DO NOT STAY HERE.

Azul Paradise in Bocas Town is a nice hotel, service was good and room was clean, with AC, hot water and wifi. Since this appears to be a new hotel, the bar and restaurant were not completely finished. The location of this hotel, is very convenient though, close to restaurants, stores, groceries, everything at walking distance. Also, next door you can book a boat to any of the islands. I was hesitant to book this hotel in downtown, I assumed it would be dirty, noisy and awful. I was wrong, it was the best thing, very safe to walk with the family, noise levels are ok, and restaurants are literally at walking distance. Hotel does not have a swimming pool.

The hotel is nice, small but very cozy. In our room there was no hot water and was a little bit disappointed. The staff is kind and the location is excellent if you stay at the main island.

Great place for location and great bed. The issue is noice. very noisy if you have an issue with this. Also there is a fire detector light that flash in your face every 1 or 2 minutes. Not fun.

The lobby is very welcoming and so is the staff. It is centrally located which is great but also make it noisy. We did not have hot water and the sink was just a trickle. Our room was fairly clean but I thought the toilet and bathroom area could’ve been cleaner. The chemicals used to mop the floor were also very strong. We checked in early which could have lead to the strong smell and not as clean of a room. Overall I thought this place was VERY overpriced for the location and amenities. Breakfast was NOT included nor was the bar/restaurant open for service. We stayed at a nicer, cleaner hotel in the area on the Beach which included breakfast, had wonderful food and drinks and was $100 less per night.

This is a exclusive hotel for Panama City, great a/c, it has tv, although we didn’t use it. Nice patio over looking the town where we spent a lot of time people watching. One of the nicest places in the city, but remember it is still 3rd world.

First night loud music till 4 am , couldn’t sleep. Bathroom and shower have no separation to room, no privacy, also no shower curtains , so water splashed all over, after taking to the front desk, they gave me towels to put on the floor. 2 md day Room was not cleaned when we came back at 6 pm. All in all, not a good experience, will not stay at this Hotel Again.

Location is great, and the view we had from our balcony room was amazing. Everything else was somewhere between ok and bad. Toilet didn’t flush, and there isn’t a door that separates your toilet from the bedroom. Water didn’t get hot. Check in took an hour because the woman at the front needed to go get fresh towels from somewhere else. Cabinets didn’t work well and there were walls and ceiling patches everywhere. Front desk was not informative on anything in town. Had I paid half the price of what I did, I’d be fine with it. For what I paid, I’m quite disappointed. Not luxurious at all, just an attempt to check the boxes at all things.

We had a fantastic one night stay at this hotel. We were worried the room would not be as clean or comfortable as described as often can happen but were pleasantly surprised! We would recommend it as a perfect hotel to spend a few days in Bocus, the bed was very comfortable and the friendliness and service of the staff was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

I had a terrible experience with the Azul Paradise in Bocas Town. I had a reservation via Expedia for the best room in this hotel, the Penthouse City and Ocean View Room, 1.076 sqft. The images looked glorious. When we arrived there was nobody, except a guy lying on the sofa watching TV. He was in total disbelief that we had a reservation. He did not bother to welcome us or ask us to have a little patience. After 15 min he looked up from his computer: "We have a reservation! But it is for a King Room with town view". I said that can't be. I showed him my Expedia confirmation. He was not even mildly interested. "No, I have a reservation for a King Room. Let me show you the room". We went up (no interest in helping with our luggage). The room was much smaller than the one I had booked, facing the town (which is an eyesore) and had big stains on the carpet. I refused to move into this room. I said I insist to receive the room I had booked. He said that was impossible, the room was already occupied. Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel manager (which took another 30 min…). The response was that we should move into the ugly room for the 1st night and could move into our suite as of the 2nd night. We refused to do that and booked another hotel. After 2 hours I got an email from the hotel manager, that the suite was now available. How is that possible? Were they lying in the 1st place? Or did they ‘throw out’ other guests? I hope nobody else has to go through this.

Excelent Staff...place is pristine, and rooms are HUGE! Therei s a small restaurant at the dock but was closed during our stay. there are many restaurant options literally steps from the hotel.

The stay at azul paradise was grate , the room has awesome view, close to everything in town but not noisy, the shower should have fix the water doesn’t pour right and it’s different to take a shower, the bathtub is awesome ! The restaurant is good, we’ll stay here again for sure.

The service guy who works there was very nice and helped us each time we needed help. The room view was exceptional, the room was spacious and good. Surprised that restroom and bathroom had no doors and this room won’t work for couples who “just began”. Also couple of times the electricity turned off. But they always tried to fix it fast. So I would say it’s rather good than bad. I would stay there again.
