It was a positive experience. Clean, spacious room. The staff was very nice and friendly. Loved the breakfast, gym and other amenities.

It was great… however you may want to inform housekeeping to take into consideration of the do not disturb sign. Housekeeping almost walked in 2 days in a row until I stopped them

One of the best hotels I've experienced. Staff was so friendly and personable. Hotel is a short 5 min walk to the stadium and a quick drive as its close to the riverwalk, casino, and food hall. I felt safe to walk and explore. Parking was super easy. Street parking is available and free after 6or 7pm... but you can also use the hotels valet which was a quick process...

Didn’t like the cost of valet. Had no clue had to pay for that. Just figured it was like most hotels that you check in and then park in parking lot on premises

The aesthetic was great in theory however there were a lot of issues. The room was freezing. Set at 80

It’s in a great location. Short walk to the deer district and Fiserv Forum. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance too. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Room was a good size and clean. We stayed two nights and there was no housekeeping the first day. Thankfully we had extra towels. Another downfall is having to do valet parking. The wait for our vehicle on check out was almost an hour. If you stay here, maybe take a peek at the lobby to see how many people are waiting for their vehicles before you request it. Then you can at least wait in the comfort of your room while waiting for your car. Now that we know how it works, if we stay here again that’s what we’ll do.

Its -8 outside and ive been dealing with no heat since 3am. They switched me thevroom next-door and again no heat. Manager was suppose to come 2 hrs ago, im still in the feezing 59 degree room. Very displeased. There prob hoping i remain quiet till my 12 oclock check out. They have another thing coming. Im calling coporate.
They could of switched me floors as the clerk said 3 hrs ago..but no. They leave me in this freezing room. Knowing the condition, yet dont seem to care to make us warm.

The hotel and our room was clean and very nice. What I was disappointed was that the hotel would charge me a fee to get to my room earlier and we had to wait one hour to the parking/valet from the hotel to get our car, even though we paid for the service (not a free parking).

Very nice hotel and great location close to FiServ Forum.
Note that there is no pool though even though the site says there is. Additionally, be sure to request your vehicle from the valet service well in advance of when you need to leave, especially if you are leaving at a peak time. We waited for around 40 minutes and you can't go get it on your own.

Extremely happy with our stay. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and courteous. Valet was great! Breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, staff fantastic! Genuinely friendly. Some opportunities: shower dispenser empty. DirectTV was spotty during snow overnight. Lounge staff great, drinks and food not so much. Also, expensive valet only parking. Like the hyatt brand and okay stay overall.

A great hotel overall. All the staff were exceptional, especially Ricky at the front desk. The bar was a ton of fun after the basketball game.

Our room was very nice. Being on the 4th floor we had very quiet hallways - no slamming doors !!
To our surprise there was a saxophone player in the bar, which we truly enjoyed. We will definitely stay again !!

Our room was spacious and had a great view of Fiserv Forum and downtown Milwaukee! It was such an easy walk to and from the Bucks game! The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful!

Loud noise from people next room until 2 am and could not sleep. Also, sleeper sofa in room was very uncomfortable.

Great hotel. Property is in a good safe area centrally located to all tourist sites and right across from the forum. Rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. We parked on the street next to the back door and its free. All staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend.

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to say this hotel is a great place, great staff, great location. Literally minutes away from Fiserv Forum. Pet friendly, good breakfast! Will definitely be back. 😍

The rooms were really spacious, love the walk-in shower, and the great big window that let me see downtown. The staff was amazing friendly helpful made my stay very enjoyable.
