Everything was good but it takes days before someone replies here or on their fb page. but when you arrive there, the staff assigned to you replies fast and makes sure you are comfortable

The property is a bit tiny and needs updating. Wallpapers are falling apart. Lighting is poor and no closets to keep your clothes. There are no toiletries included.

Only stayed for a few days and communication was good with the property caretaker Ruby. very friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Asked for extra garbage can and rug as there is only one of each in the unit and provided with items quickly. Unit was very clean, and will recommend as it provides best bang for your buck. Centrally located to everything (market, hospital, church, laundry, restos, malls) like EVERYTHING. Only point of improvement was the slow drains in the bathroom (sink & shower) which the building maintenance is aware of and the congested elevators during peak times (7am till 9am AND 4pm till 6pm).

The electricity went out on the second day. The owners hadn't bothered to pay for it. Lot's of small things were broken and or/needed repair. Pool & sauna were nice. Communication was very poor, almost impossible to get help with things. Lifts in the tower were constantly "out of service". Very unimpressed overall.

It was unpresentable, and the picture of that place looks so good but in reality it looks very different and no everything looks like needs to Inprove. It’ s very bad equipped kitchen: microwave not work, not hair dry machine in the toilette room, We never want to come back here again, never, never. You must should stay away from this apartment !

I and my wife had a really wonderful stay and HAPPY to enjoyed swimming after long time of the situation of COVID 19. We hope come back again soon the next chance.

Everything went very well feom the first communication to the check out. The owner very friendly and accomodating with flexible time of check in. The building is a very nice area with an amazing view on Makati. Very calm as well and all the COVID-19 measure well respected. In addition, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. They made my stay feels like home. I do recommend this place

1. On arrival had to prove that we had neg. medical certicates for Covid-19. This was not stated as a requirement when we made the reservation. 2. There were onky 2 towels in the room with 3 people though it was known there would be 3 people. 3. The key to one of the rooms never did work. Otherwise, the location was good. Finally, i made the reservation in Philippine pesos & without my permission was converted to USD whichbi know was at a sognificantly lower rate that the going exchange rate. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DO THAT! I SHOULD DETERMINE WHAT CURRENCY I WANT MY CREDIT CARD BANK TO BE BILLED IN!!!

The Beacon Makati is great for people who wants great value for their money. The rooms are compact but it has all you need for long stays like refrigerator, electric stove, auto rice cooker, cooking utensils, etc. Jeanie, the hotel manager has been very accommodating and helpful. Overall, we just love the hotel!!

Nice apartment hotel, centrally located in Makati district, near lots of restaurants. A little trouble confirming our reservation and waiting for the room to become available, but ended up fine and a nice stay. Nice pool, good wifi, hot water and water pressure. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at The Beacon several times. I like the location because it is a short walk via Arnaiz Avenue to Greenbelt/Glorietta Malls. The condo has no microwave oven. I enjoyed staying at the condo. It was quiet & comfortable. The staff was professional & courteous.

The place has cockroaches and housekeeper never showed up to clean and replenish our room. The elevetors smells and there’s always a line to get in the elevator. I dont recommend it. Bad experience for me and my family. 👎👎👎

Studio-type accommodation. Just average but clean in general. If you have a personal car with you, not recommended to stay here since there is no guaranteed parking. I had to pay penalty fee of P500 for overnight parking in the basement. I recommend that management assures the client of guaranteed free parking as park of the package

A good no-frills studio apartment for a good price. Nice, clean & comfortable with a great pool. The only problems were intermittent brownouts & intermittent loss of cable.

We came in at 5AM and had booked the day before, they could not find our reservation on booking.com, but gave us a room anyway! The bed was broken so Jeanie moved us to another room that was perfect! The bed, room, wifi and everything was great. Jeanie was really nice and answered all our questions. The room was new clean with everything working well, unlike most hotels in Manilla. This is the best room and service we have had in Manilla in many years. Thank You Jeanie for making our stay so nice.

This is the worst experienced I ever had with HOTELS.COM . I was expexting hotel room and found out it was renting a damn condo. Service is horrible, I am staying for 5 days and I am only getting a half used toilet paper, one sampler size soap, sampler size of tooth paste, no shampoo. If I need to have room clean, I have to pay extra. Also the key to the room, its copy keys and I have to riggle and spin and turn to open. First day, I was stuck outside the room..for good 15 minutes.. Trying to open the door.. This is worst hotel or Renting a condominium.. I ever experienced..
