Everything was excellent even the hotel bar and morning free breakfast.

Electrical issue in the hotel, not mentioned during the reservation despite it happened before we book. Very very noisy rooms because of the truc in the street providing electricity to the hotel… they didn’t want to explain the issue to me.. I had to investigate by myself

Very very nice, room was awesome and very thought out.

Bathrooms were half cleaned. The room directly above was extremely loud throughout the night into the early morning - when spoke to the front desk they dismissed us. The power in our room went out every single night causing nothing to charge for our jobs the next day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Pasadena, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful oasis after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience at the Hyatt Pasadena was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were quick to offer recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Pasadena, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I enjoyed exploring the vibrant neighborhood and discovering the charm of Pasadena. Another standout feature of the Hyatt Pasadena is the delicious food. Very good experience and quiet room.

Very nice hotel. New and modern, with good security measures. Staff is very helpful. My only quibble is with getting coffee. If you don’t get down by 10AM on the weekend, you’re out of luck. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to just have coffee available. I’ll pay for it, I’m not saying I want all day free coffee, but access to coffee would be good. And I don’t understand those round coffee pods in the coffee makers in the rooms. Just put Keurig machines in there and if they get stolen, bill the guest for them. That way if it’s after 10AM and coffee isn’t available downstairs, we can just make it in our rooms if I know in advance you have a Keurig I’ll bring my own pods. It’s such a small luxury but when you’re away from home it’s the small things that make a difference. But really other than that, a lovely hotel, well situated within walking to pedestrian mall area and shopping and convention center.

Very nice room in a great location. The included breakfast was terrible. Fortunately, there were good places nearby.

Was convenient for Rose Parade viewing right around the corner. All requests were handled quickly. Breakfast had a good amount of choices. All staff were pleasant. Our room location was very quiet ( top floor). Only issue was strike going on 2 days which created disturbance in morning & unable to use regular entrance. Hotel services were not disrupted. We enjoyed our stsy overall

We stayed for five nights, our room was never cleaned. The room was very clean when we arrived. Food at the bar and free breakfast is not good. For a positive comment hotel was very quiet. Nice and safe if you have kids.

Great family Hotel, easy on the rules

Love the complimentary breakfast and staff were really friendly. I did not enjoy the thin walls. I was also put on the floor where all the HS kids are for some reason. There was some sort of away game, it was loud.

We like the Hyatt Place, but usually stay In The Glendale location. The only thing we didnt like in the Pasadena Hyatt is that the breakfast was the same every day. The Glendale location has more variety, more selections and changes the main course every day.

Comforter should be softer.

Nice place but way too expensive for what you’re getting. Room service does not come daily. If you want/need clean towels, baskets emptied, Kleenex, bath tissue, you have to find someone and ask for it. The rooms were quite noisy at night. The “restaurant” serves a total of maybe 4 items. 2 you’d consider sides and 2 you’d consider entrees. And the bar prices are ridiculously expensive. The breakfast in the morning is ok.

Good hotel for business trip

I wanted nearest place to get coffee at 2:00 AM. Justin made coffee for me. That was unexpected.

The rooms are always beautifully clean and the staff at the hotel are wonderful. Very welcoming on reception and the bar/restaurant staff are amazing. They also serve the best margarita i've tasted

Needs more parking space

The breakfast buffet was nice, but there was not enough variety other than the main course (waffles, sausage, the empty pot were the scrambled eggs had run out, and oatmeal. No boiled eggs, or fruit salad, only strawberries black berries, and bananas. Lastly, the lacquered breakfast tables stuck to everything, not a good choice for eating/ serving food.

Great location go be able to walk anywhere an get food or enjoy some shops. Great staff all around helpful

Our 4 day stay was pleasant, except for the fact that we had no housekeeping. I did request housekeeping services during our stay. I asked the front lobby 2 days out of the 4 for housekeeping and no one came by. Facilities were clean, but not sure I would stay here longer than 2 days.

Always a pleasure staying at this property. Look forward to our next stay.

We stayed for 5 Nights but , but they haven’t clean the room, or change the towel, bedsheets, etc ( but they said every other day when we ask for the receptionist)

The lady at checking was very robotic and had very little patience and time.
