The host was amazing, she was incredibly helpful about how to get around and recommendations. She was flexible about the check in time, we came in 2 hours before check in time and called in advance. The place is clean both room and bathroom. It is definitely smaller than it looked in the pictures, but more than enough for a couple. We would stay there again.

It was an okay stay. The room was relatively small and as stark as in the picture. The shower ran out of hot water pretty quickly each use. The location was good for walking to the gardens and marina.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here. While we didn’t meet either owner in person, Ilaria was in touch through what’s app and responded immediately to any of our queries or requests right down to arranging an early morning cab for us on check out. Our room was comfortable and clean and there was a lovely small basket of goodies left out for us as well as drinks in the mini fridge. The location is close to the beautiful waterfront and about a 15 min walk from the train station. There’s a small, clean laundromat very close by and restaurants within easy walking distance. The only improvements I could suggest are to have better pillows as they were very flat, and a larger shower would be nice as it’s quite tiny. Overall a great find that I would highly recommend!

We loved this little hotel on the edge of downtown La Spezia, it has a fantastic location! So close to all of the restaurants and shops. It’s about an easy 20 minute walk to the train station. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Our initial train into La Spezia was delayed multiple times and she was super easygoing about changing the meeting time for us to check-in. She was very informative about both the hotel, La Spezia and Cinque Terra. She recommended a few great restaurants, explained the boat and train options. Our room and bathroom was spotless and well maintained. It came equipped with free snacks, drinks and coffee. Even the daily housekeeper was kind! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect place to stay in La Spezia, Only 10 minutes walk from the train station so easy access There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the area which serve insane food options, Maristella was the perfect host, she gave fantastic recommendations and extremely friendly, Will be back if i ever return to La Spezia

Very clean and comfortable in an ideal location, the walk up to the mini hotel is kind of dark and gloomy but once you get in, it is clean, bright, and nicely decorated, The air conditioning was a welcome bonus after having many warm days in other places.

Nice facility. Did not see any staff on premises after checking but everything is Automated. Good free parking 10 minutes walking. 15 minutes walking from train station. Very convenient.
