The location was fantastic, close to the beach: shopping centre, activity places, and tram station. The price was lower compared to other accommodations nearby.

The staff was rather unfriendly when I tried to request parking adjustments. I asked politely, and he could have refused in the same manner rather than scolding me. It is not a serviced apartment, so don't expect to have them clean the space. We stayed for a week, and the rooms were never remade and cleaned. The building is rather old, and the amenities were relatively minimal. We had to request several things for our stay (frying pan, extra toilet tissue, etc.) However the staff was quite helpful

The unit we stayed in appeared to be under renovation. A bit expensive for an unfinished unit. Only sheets on the bed, was rather cold during the night. Rather noisy with renovations going on late at night. Was not enough linen provided for our 3 guests. Sheets had dirty marks on them. On a positive note, It will be nice accommodation when completed with more attention to detail needed.

Loved how close it was to everything; food, activities, and shopping. The apartment itself is a great size and is well equipped. Balcony is small but has a decent view (level 4), can see parts of the nearby by beach but obviously blocked by other buildings around. The pool is good, water was warm and it has a good size yard for activities.

Although the apartments we booked were well equipped, one thing they could upgrade is the laundry and dryer. The washing machine worked, but the dryer function didn't work at all. Took us the whole stay to do 1 load of washing, ended up going to the nearest laundromat.

Spacious apartment, very comfy and good size beds and rooms. Perfect for a group getaway and great location to all that Surfers Paradise has to offer.

Overall there was nothing notable to mention and really enjoyed our stay. One tiny detail was that we needed to collect an iron from reception - maybe could look at providing one in the apartments. Thankful that they had one to give us :)

The location was awesome. We had sea views. Proximity of the apartment to surrounding amenities and shops was ideal. The apartment was spacious, and We felt at home. I will definitely visit again.

Location was great.

- Small, cramped apartment. - One small set of draws in master room, no draws in second room, meaning we had to live out of suitcases for the week. - Floors in bedroom very dirty. No broom/vacuum cleaner available to use. - No usable powerpoints for phone chargers in main bedroom. - Unable to open balcony door properly as it dragged on door frame. - Washer/Dryer in apartment - dryer did not work, only a small clothes horse available making drying clothes impossible for a family. - Apartment on 4th floor, windows in bedrooms both opened enough that a child could climb out. - Pool area very smelly. - Advertised as ocean views, very small view of ocean between buildings. - Directly below our balcony was a ?window pane smashed on the ground that remained there for our whole stay. This area was accessible from the pool and rather unsafe for children. - Someone else utilized our allocated parking spot during our stay. When we raised the issue the manager gave us another spot stating the person would just be using it for one night as they had two cars. Other spots available so unsure why our spot was given to them.

The location was great as it was close to the conference we were attending and Mantra on View, and also very close to the beach, shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurents. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected, however they were fresh and clean, and Hoa our host was very accommodating and helpful.

It was difficult to get a refund on a night we had cancelled several weeks earlier. This was largely because we booked through Agoda who are very inflexible once a booking is made.

There was so much space the apartment's were clean and the owner was very accommodating. Close to where you want to go and easy to get into.

Probably that people would park in ur space.
