The apartment is really good. Everything was clean, the facilities seem to have been renovated recently and are very well kept. The shower is really good, the kitchen was well-equipped and very functional. The area is nice and quiet. I liked the balcony view.

The mattress was a bit too soft, but I think it was the type of mattress, some people like it, but it usually doesn't work for me. Other than that, everything else was great and I would stay in this place again.

Not the first time we stay here. Beautiful room and has very helpful staff. The cleanest rooms we have ever visited in any hotel, period.

Excellent location and surroundings, very friendly and helpful host. Room is clean and cozy. Kids enjoy the playground.

Very clean hotel, with big enough rooms, as described. The management is very helpful and polite. I would definitely go there again.

Internet service used was not perfect. Internet would disconnect every 30min-1 hour and I will have to reconnect. Also, the speed was not very good.

The room was large, clean, and well equipped. It came with a patio with views onto a meadow and the treeline. On-site parking was very accessible. Some hiking trails start right next to the property, and good restaurants are 5 minutes away on foot. There is also a bakery nearby, where you can get bread or eat breakfast at a table. I only spoke to the host once but he was very nice. I would definitely stay here again, and I have already recommended this place to other family members.

The Residenz itself was perfect, but there was some loud business carried on in the vicinity from ca. 6.a.m. each day in August 2021. Forestry? Construction? No idea what it was, exactly, but the noise was quite annoying, also on Saturday and Sunday. It must be heard from all hotels in Hahneklee, so it's a problem for the whole town, not just this very nice Residenz.

We liked the location, enough parking place and playground , open spaces for children. The owner is very nice person and providing all the necessary thing and informations as n when needed.There are many things for the children in the nearby areas like...Bucksberg, seilbahn, cart, bike riding, Mãrchen world, Unicorn cave n so many...loved the place

A little small for a family

Very nice arrangements in the apartment, extremely comfortable bed, very child friendly and a superb location as a starting point for hiking and biking both with and without small child.
