NO VALUE FOR MONEY STAY

I only liked the location where it is located. It's in center from where both side of city places can be easily covered.. Parking space is available.

Rooms are not like what is shown in photos. Almirah is so dirty and even doors are popping out from hinges. Bed is also not ok mattress is not correct as per bed. Single bed mattresses are kept to make double bed. Definitely not value for money place. No kitchen in the hotel, they provide food from other hotel on order basis in the room.

neat and well-maintained

Although the rooms are compact, they are neat and well-maintained. My one-night stay was quite comfortable, especially given the excellent location at this price point. The staff is courteous, the atmosphere is clean, and the breakfast is delightful. A good hotel with nothing to complain about. The prime location is a definite highlight. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Overall, my experience was very positive.

location is fantastic

The rooms are small but impeccably clean. I had a pleasant one-night stay, and the location is fantastic for the price. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is neat, and the breakfast is enjoyable. A solid hotel without any grievances. Its prime location is definitely a plus. The staff was very accommodating, and the amenities were quite good. All in all, I had a positive experience.

Pathetic treebo hotel

Pathetic hotel,not suitable for hospitality, staying at treebo regalia is really headache,it's a worst experience, after checking the room we ask for refund they refused to refund the amount we paid, not at all good, there is nothing,no maintenance, very old building, unclean curtain and untidy bedding,foul smell everywhere in the room, they don't give importance for cleanliness,even there are stains in walls and floor, not able to stay there, treebo pls check this issue.

Worst treebo hotel in madikeri

Worst treebo hotel, unhygien very dirty rooms, not able to stay there,foul smell in bathroom,no hot water, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, very bad breakfast, not able to eat,they just wanted to make money, don't stay there, since there is no maintenance pls skip this hotel, parking also conjusted, not at all worth staying at treebo regalia, waste of money,

TERRIBLE TREEBO HOTEL, SPOILED MY ENTIRE TRIP

Such a terrible place, first of all no facilities, while entering itself parking problem,then check in formalities, very rude front office staff, after that while checking in to room,bad smell wellcomes , very hot room,no proper fan, works slow,then bed sheets and duvet cover full stains and hairs on the bed, someone used that and given to us,oil marks in pillow cover,then go to bathroom, untidy washroom,full of hairs filled in bathroom,foul smell, stains in bucket and mug,no hot water, shower gel is empty,no handwash, then come to breakfast, very bad , tasteless breakfast, treebo people spoiled my entire trip, waste of money, not recommended,pls don't go, nothing is good at treebo regalia.

Room is very small. Bed blankets were not clean.bathroom is not clean and good. Closet seat broken.wash basin tap is not located properly.

Hot water issue in cold hill station hotel.

Room was clean. Good location.

It was supposed to be a happy overall stay. But the first point below things made the entire stay very disappointing. Not recommending. 2nd consecutive bad experience from treebo. 1. No hot water availability. The centralised hot water system has a timing which is not convenient for guests. Due to supervision hot water was not available on the promised time. Alternative geyser water was made available only after 2-3 hours with constant follow up. This is such a basic facility in a hill station. 2. The receptionist was so unapologetic and made unreasonable silly justification for the above issue. Not fit for the hospitality industry. He always blamed the other staff and never took anything as his responsibility as a supervisor. 3. Food: a watery sambar, b. sagu was not good enough c. Inconvenient provision to take out the chutney (deep vessel with small spoon) couldn't even get 2 grams of chutney. d. No handwash facilities near the dinning area. Had to goto room. c. Dense dinning area.

it seemed to be a Lodge / Bachelor accommodation. no cleanliness. Not sure how this has been advertised as a 3 Star hotel. For families staying, it felt more like a Scam. Booking. com needs to review the listing like these, as this was not a Star hotel by any standards. looked more like run by few locals without having any knowledge about hotel industry standards.
