The view .
No power on arrival in the dark had to find meter box to switch on power .No welcoming tea bags or bottle of milk .

View, access to beach & easy to find via Great Ocean Road, “cheap & cheerful”, good parking, comfortable beds.
Property looking tired, very basic bathrooms, had to purchase basic items to use the property such as: toilet paper, kitchen bin liners, dishwashing liquid (bare minimum of these were left in property). We had to plug up ant hole so kitchen wasn’t overrun with ants each morning.
