A massive let down!!!! Ruined our weekend away.

close to the restaurants

we paid 200 euros for two nights to stay in an apartment with kitchen facilities, flat screen TV and sea view. We booked this because it’s more convenient for us to have the options to make our own breakfast. On arrival we were told that our room that we had booked was now unavailable but we’d been out in another room which was supposedly more expensive. The room was much smaller, no kitchen facilities, no sea view, the bed was two single beds pushed together and the TV was very small. When I complained the receptionist was incredibly rude towards me and told me that we were getting a more expensive room and a free breakfast. I explained that we wouldn’t be a me to use the breakfast facilities because we had to be somewhere early in the morning but I wasn’t being listened to. The room wasn’t clean and I found about 6 bugs crawling around in the bed.

Very filthy and unsafe apartment. We would never recommend or stay here again.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the apartment was filthy. The balcony was covered in bird poo. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the floor tiles were wobbly. We were unable to lock the apartment front door from the inside feeling extremely unsafe. The apartment was above a nightclub which had a rave on until 6am. The walls were thumping and we got zero sleep. Once we complained to the front desk they did not seem very interested but offered a refund to us via booking.com - we emailed booking.com and we were advised we could not get a refund. We are extremely unhappy. We left the apartment after 1 night and we had 4 nights booked.

The sea view

The noise from night club went on till 5am. The noise from restaurant. No plugs in sinks. Beds changed once 2 days before we left.

Great place to stay in the heart of everything.

Great location good room size close to public transport or taxis plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the apartment great sea views.

The bathroom had no matt in the bath when having a shower it was very slippery. My wife and I like to have cereal for breakfast and there were no bowls so we had to purchase them. The toilet roll holder was broken and the shower head would not stay up.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Fantastic location right in the heart of Finikoudes Beach. Great sized apartment.

unfortunately the apartment is above a nightclub it’s only open Friday and Saturday but those nights expect to be woken.

great location, noisy property

great location, lovely seaside view, all nesecary devices in the kitchen.

the level of noise is unacceptable, parties in the building every day, once even until 5 am! Could not sleep at all and even have to stay in the different hotel for 1 night.

Great Location

Very old and bad hotel. The sell only the Perfect view to book there

The view was amazing, in the city center so you could enjoy the whole beach from east to west.

from where to start? The sheets were never changed during my 5 days stay there. The hotel entrance was in front of garbage bins and the smell was awful. The sink held water when the tap was running. The wifi never worked forced me to buy an MB plan from my telecom provider. Even the tiles on the floor were moving. This hotel needs an entire renovation. The pictures are quite good and do not reflect the actual situation of the rooms.

Disappointing

Nice view, close to the city center and beach.

There's a lot of noise from the street (music, motors revving – seriously, who does that at 3AM). Floors needed mopping. Lots of hair in the shower drain. I would have told this to the receptionist if they had asked about my stay, but they didn't.

A nice stay in Larnaca

A lovely apartment - good views of the beach and the sea. superb location in relation to public transport - bus stop just max. 2 minutes walk from there. comfortable beds. Clean and tidy - equipped with what is needed for a little self-catering. Bathroom with good facilities and nice hot water. Breakfast buffet was varied with reasonable selection of cold cuts, bread, eggs, coffee, fruit etc. It was a pleasant and competent staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. I felt welcome and would love to visit the place again

The only negative was the lack of internet connection. Really 1/2 day of the 3 nights - but this was out of the hands of the staff as the problem was with the internet provider. The staff did everything to get the internet provider to get it fixed.

Passable

It was great apartment in a great location.. beach right in front. And when you wake up in the morning and remove the curtains, the warmth of the sun is amazing. As we were in March, it was cool outside took a well needed sunbathe right on the bed with open beach and ocean through the window..

The internet was not working at all. Shower was leaking and the bathtub didn't have cork at all for us to take a relaxing shower.
