My husband and I traveled to Deia for our honeymoon and had an amazing stay at Hotel es Moli! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and has great amenities - a giant pool, a botanical garden, restaurants with great food, a gym, free breakfast and our favorite which really made the stay incredible - a private cove! They provide transportation to and from the private cove and there's a restaurant where you can eat lunch and drink! Getting a taxi in Deia is hard, so if you don't have a car it would have been hard to get to a beach on your own, so having this cove w/ transportation really puts Hotel Es Moli above the rest. We went twice in our 4 day stay because we loved it so much.
The hotel is also an ~8 min walk from the town of Deia, where you can shop, eat and drink which was awesome.
The staff is also great, and will do anything for you to make your stay incredible. They even gave me a pool noodle for the cove since I can’t swim :)
Highly recommend Hotel Es Moli for your stay in Deia!

Two Canadians stayed in Es Moli for our second leg of our trip around Mallorca. This place is a gem!
First, THAT POOL (omg)! Pure 1940s European fantasy lying by the giant pool up in the mountains. This alone made the stay for us!
Service was quite good, though this was the first spot where we had English/communication issues, albeit only a handful of times.
Our room was a bit disappointing as it only had two small windows. I don’t believe Expedia gave the option to choose room types, but I saw other rooms had balconies and when staying in the beautiful mountains of Deya, I definitely would have paid for that!
Food was extremely good - the suckling pig in particular has been our top meal of the trip so far.
Deya itself is very small but very picturesque. I’m glad we only stayed for 2 nights otherwise boredom may have set in (but this is just me).
This place is a gem! I know there’s a higher end hotel in Deya but after seeing it during our walkabout, I’m glad we stayed in Ed Moli - that pool is unforgettable and any additional facilities that the other place may have would go to waste cause for me 2 nights in Deya was the right amount!
Again, THAT POOL 😍😍

Great hotel in Deai. Clean nice rooms, recommend staying in main building where rooms have been remodeled.

It was great location hotel was good standard rooms were in need of refurbishment

The hotel has some good points and bad points. The rooms in the original building are outdated, tired not 4* standard.
The pool is lovely but not many beds can go around the pool so the option is a side terrace bit. A major plus was their private beach area set in the rocks.
The major issue they have is with the service at meal times. Our first evening meal ensured that we would not dine there again. Our first contact with the waiting staff was extremely rude, we booked a reservation but somehow we were not on the list and he was attacking in his insistence we had to booked, I told him several times we had booked. he then looked irritated and hassled and dumped us on a table. We were not explained the menu, no one served us for some time it was not a good smooth service.
There are serious management issues with breakfast, the majority of staff are hassled, grumpy and running around. the sitting and cleaning of tables is disorganised and slow, Wanting to sit in a nice spot waiting for them to clear does not go down well, they come across as angry that you can't just sit down anywhere as they are not organised enough to clear tables. The food was delicious but the hotel has serious issues with the dinning area and really need to sort this out as many diners were not happy including myself.

Everything was great! Location of the hotel was great, with only a short walk to restaurants in Deia. Pool and outdoor area was amazing. Will defiantly stay here again if I go back to Déia!

Es Moli a beautiful property in a breathtaking location. The pool
Is one of the nicest I’ve seen at any hotel, and the private beach is spectacular. Staff are attentive. Normally I don’t like to eat dinner at hotels but the outside terrace for dining is lovely and the food is good.

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay here at Es Moli. The location was pure perfection... Nestled in the mountains, beautiful roam-able property and views of the ocean. Deia is such a quaint, picturesque village and only steps away. It was so quiet and tranquil - exactly what we wanted. The staff was beyond friendly and the room was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my facial at the spa. Don't hesitate - book.

Recommend this hotel near lovely village of Deia. Highlights: excellent breakfasts served on the terrace; good-sized pool with view of mountains, village and sea; tennis court; friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the small side but comfortable and well-equipped.

Deia/Valldemossas is a beautiful place in the middle of the mountain with the sea near by. This hotel is constructed on the different levels of the mountain and gives you an unique view. The terrace at the 3rd level for restaurant is lovely. The service was wonderful. The team is at every detail for you to have a wonderful time. Also it's very quiet, odeal to a complete relaxed vacation.

Amazing hotel, facilities and hospitality. Great buffet breakfast every morning. Waterfront access is via a shuttle and is beautiful. Tennis courts are great as well.

The hotel is lovely with great views. The pool and breakfast are both excellent. We booked a double bed and were disappointed when we had two twin beds when the booking clearly confirmed a double. The hotel was sold out so there was no room to change. We were in the Annex area which was great as it was quiet.
2.5
Not too fancy and a bit antiquated facility. Views from eating places are very gorgeous and the private beach, 15min shuttle bus from the hotel, is simply amazing. I would give the top rating given the highest level of “value for money”. Food quality of breakfast can be improved a bit.
2.5
I wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. The view was amazing and the staff are so helpful in every way. They took delivery of two road bikes which were kept in a secure location for the Duration of our stay. Staff very helpful and approachable. Highly recommended.

Great stay as usual, refurb is very tasteful, tv options and tv size for the room could be better.

My partner and I stayed at Es Moli for 4 nights in early May. We had a superior double room with balcony on the 3rd floor in the main part of the hotel. The hotel is a little eclectic in its layout – for example the dining rooms and bar are on the third floor, the pool best described as being on the 4.5 floor – this is because the hotel is arranged down one of the steep hills in Deia. It take a little getting used to but it does mean plenty of steps and stairs to do anything. On a precautionary note the annexe is something of a climb! The superior room was very good, a reasonable size with a small sitting area. Décor is good if not the latest in design, the bathrooms (ours had double sink) reasonably spacious and well fitted. Everything seemed in good repair and was kept very clean. Our room had a nice balcony with great views to Deia and the sea.The rooms come with small TV, desk, minibar/fridge and small safe. (Note on the safe, you won’t be able to get a laptop in it, probably ok for a small smartpad, nor a large DSLR camera. But I think the hotel also offers a separate safe). There are complimentary tea and coffee (could probably be a bit more generous on the English teabags) and (to their credit) real milk rather than UHT.Breakfast was included. It’s the fairly standard euro-buffet, albeit with a Spanish bias – good orange juice and some nice local pastries. You can order specialist coffees (espresso / cappuccino) at no extra cost. You won’t go hungry.

Again a lovely stay at Es Moli Hotel. A pity the drinks and meals are so expensive compared to other mallorcan hotels, but the location is wonderful. Recharges the batteries.

Great experience. Hotel facilities are wonderful, great pool too.

We enjoyed our four night stay in October very much and appreciated the way that the good weather enabled food and drinks to be served out of doors. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel buildings have been carved into the steep hillside with splendid views of Deia and built on a set of terraces in magnificent gardens. We found the room and bathroom attractive and well-appointed complete with flat-screen TV with a number of English channels available, and good tea-making equipment. As fairly active senior citizens we appreciated the large swimming pool and poolside bar and negotiated the various sets of steps between buildings and outdoor amenities without too much difficulty. We found the narrowness of the road access to the hotel and car parking arrangements quite challenging initially, even though we have driven quite a lot on the Spanish mainland before. We found the free bus rides to the hotel's own rocky cove three miles away most helpful.

Fantastic location close to Deia. Has very good restaurant or tapas, not overly priced.
Has own private sea location with good access to swimming and good bar, accessed by hotel bus.

The views of the mountains and sea are sublime. We particularly liked the large swimming pool, the beautiful landscaped gardens, the breakfasts and dinner served on the Terrace. The half-board option is good value. The private cove at Sa Muleta where you can swim in the sea is well worth a visit. We really didn't want to leave.

A delightful hotel. The position of it is great. Out of , but within walking distance. The staff are absolutely fantastic. The kind of service that belongs to a different era - nothing too much trouble in a genuine way.?Fabulous views from where you have breakfast and from some rooms, if you are lucky. Great pool. The private beach is worth the trip. A real gem of a hotel - loved it.
