This was one of my worst hotel stays.
Warer barely flowed through the shower.
Room looked very cheap.
In fact it was clear that this room used to be a laundry or some other room not meant for people to stay in.. plaster on the room was peeling off.
Manager was a teenager who also acted as the cleaning lady ( i felt bad for her )

Staff nice, noisy people kept talking in the hallway several times instead going in their room. Light shines in room window bright because curtains had holes in them & tore down some and not blocking out light at all.

It was nice to show up at midnight and find everything perfectly in order! Everything was clean in the room with no surprises. Staff was friendly even at that late hour and very attentive. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend.

This room was very comfortable and a great value. Only feedback is to ditch all the plastic utensils and paper cups for real coffee cups and provide good hot French roast coffee in the lobby for free.

Bds need a new mattress. One was so bad, I couldn’t sleep in it.

The hotel is nice and I Love that there is an IHOP just steps away. Getting to tell hotel is a small issue but thats because of Hays having their half round abouts or whatever they want to call them which are ridiculous.

Pet. Only plus got room first floor but handicapped. That isn’t even issue. Load doors. Load stairs. Luke warm water. Soft bed.

Need to put exhaust fans in bath rooms , and instructions for using thermostat .Was stuck on cool all night and was 27 Degrees outside

It was clean. Ruth was real helpful. Other girl was rude and didn’t help with information. Pool wasn’t working and didn’t let us know ahead of time. Kids were running in and out slamming doors. Kinda irritating. But clean.

Ruth was amazing!! The only thing is the pool heater did not work and pool super cold to point is was not useable. Everything else was great.

Overall our stay from fine. What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. We got fresh cookies when we arrived, and a quick, friendly check-in. Our room was hot when we entered. The AC was set to 80+ degrees and it was 107 outside. We lowered the AC to 70, but the air coming out was not cool. We eventually had to lower the temp all the way to 60 just to get some kind of cool air. It wasn't miserable, but it was clear that AC wasn't working correctly. We only stayed 1 night and we were sleeping in the next morning. Around 9:30 am, the housekeeper tried to enter our room (without knocking first), but good thing we had our door latch on.

I Explained how the shower handle was loose and hard to turn the water on and off.
They said it would be taken care of.
They Apologized for that and the gym equipment not being in working condition.

There is no fan capability on the air/furnace unit nor in the bathroom, therefore it was very loud during the night and we could not sleep.

Decent room,nice breakfast
Only thing negative that really stands out is the room doors had no hinge to slow the shutting of the doors. Everytime anyone went in or out of their room the door SLAMMED shut. Very memorable, especially before 6am

I don’t know if it was the last available room with a king bed or not but we got a handicap room. So on the 1st floor people above us were up till 2:00 am. 😩. The shower only had Luke warm water for one person. So I didn’t get any. Was not our favorite stay. Then the girl checking us out later put the room charge on our incidental charge card. I had to call her up and let her know we had paid through Hotels.com and to kindly take it off the card. I don’t think some motel chains like people using other means of booking so they give us crap!!

The staff overcharged each of our family stays and have charged them even more on the second day. Enough that it has blocked my mother in laws card and now being declined. There’s no reason for this to happen. Frustratingly unprofessional and should not ever happen. Called to resolve for a third time and staff can not fix the problem and the manager is unavailable. Will never stay there again.

No A/C and was given a fan...it was 99° that day.

Currently in renovation. Had to change room because TV did not work in original room ( staff was very accommodating) . Very noisy with doors slamming and running & jumping in rooms above until late at night. Appeared to not have a manager on duty. Rest of staff were helpful & hospitable as well as friendly.
