We were looking for a quick pull off the interstate and over night stay to break up a long trip. Everything was great.

People were great. Broken glass and garbage around property.

The staff was very helpful/friendly. Good continental breakfast.

There was a stale smell in the room. It eased up some once the AC was turned on. We stayed 2 night's. When we came back to our room the second evening it had not been cleaned. Trash was there from the night before and no clean towels or coffee.

Elevator was not working, room on 3rd floor with 3 children, so stair access was required, made reservation accommodations for 5 people but room only slept 4, no cot or rollaway offered, front desk girl named Flower was “extremely rude” and had a very unprofessional attitude, unfriendly and intentionally charged my Discover card TWICE which was corrected only after I showed them my Discover card charges online, my family will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Checked in with luggage cart completly loaded next to me to find out when I get to elevator that it is out of service. Kind of important, not sure why the young lady checking me in failed to mention that since she was looking right at me and the cart. When asked she said Oh Yeah. Very unprofessional will never attempt to.stay st this location again

Greeted with an aggressive German Shepard upon walk in. Scared myself and my children. Glad the leash caught him before he got to us. Room is not what I reserved. It smells like pee and is not clean. Bugs and stains everywhere. Some staff was ok, others were very nice. TV remotes don’t work and they didn’t have extra or batteries. water from tub runs red for about 15 seconds before going clear and the tub is scary slippery. Would NOT recommend this motel.

Elevator was out of service, things looked a little run down, carpet in room looked old , looked as if a couch used to be in our room but there was just a big empty space

Property was nice but smelled a little musty. Pool was really nice. Breakfast was good.

When we arrived there was a German Shepard dog tied to the check-in desk and no employee present. A person in the lobby said the employee went to get tacos and would be back soon. We waited 15-20 minutes for the employee to return before we could check in. The hotel was under construction everywhere and a mess. This is what I would expect for an $80 hotel, not $150.

Very nice, clean rooms. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of options. Location is easily accessed to I45 and 31.

At check in, we were informed that the elevators had overheated and out of order, ok, it happens. Got to our room on 3rd floor, holes in the carpet, and the air conditioner was barely working and in disrepair, also had several holes in the blankets… just a poor look for what they charge a night.

Clean, comfortable, safe. All we needed for a great nights sleep!!! I hold use this place again

We had a minor emergency and needed a room and early check in, I called and talked with the man on duty and he made it happen for me! Nicest guy! We also had our dog with us and they not only accepted pets but you could tell when you walked in they were very pet friendly! The place was super clean, rooms were great! They also have an indoor pool and hot tub which were amazing! We’ve stayed at many other hotels and this is definitely one of the best I’ve been to, between the staff being super friendly and the overall feel of the place, I’d definitely recommend to anyone! Especially if you have pets!

This property advertises itself as pet friendly. They keep a large, vicious, untrained dog at the checkin desk who lunged and barked at us whenever we went past the desk. We have a 7 lb., very mellow chihuahua who doesn’t even bark, so there was no reason for their dog’s behavior besides temperament and lack of training. It made entering and leaving the hotel very stressful. Otherwise, we were impressed with the cleanliness overall, the breakfast was good, and the breakfast attendant was very pleasant and helpful.

Property was amazing, comfortable beds, extra clean. Front desk was super friendly and welcoming.

We stayed on the first floor. The tub faucet just keep dripping. The staff is friendly. Though check out was around 12, one of the staff came in our room. Can hear the traffic from the interstate.

All the plexiglass up at the front check in looks absolutely horrible. That was the first impression. It was not a good one. Everything else about the lobby was very nice. There was a German Shepherd at the front desk at times that was not well trained, and would bark at guests. That is not good at all! My friends brought their small dog and had her on a leash, and when they came around the corner, the German Shepherd was not even tied up and scared them terribly. Again, not good at all. A dog like that does not belong in the lobby of a hotel. Unfortunately, my air conditioning unit in the room rattled when it was set on medium or high. And I could tell that the area behind the nightstands had not been cleaned in quite some time. The blinds on the windows were very unusual, and it would’ve been nice to have been told how to use them at check in. They worked just fine once we figure it out how to use them. The staff was always very friendly, very helpful, and we will go back there. I just hope by then all that ugly plexiglass has been taken down in the lobby.

Beautiful, comfortable, nice rooms amazing hot tub and warmed pool quiet,just make sure to get a receipt at check in and discuss dep and pet deposit!

Write up promised a limited breakfast. In fact no breakfast. No milk for the cereal, no pancakes, No eggs, nothing hot unless you microwaved only choice oatmeal. Terrible coffee out of a mcahine. No break, though a toaster! Never go back. Will not recommend the place. Did get a minor discount aafter a 30 minute hold to Orbitz. Ugh. REally bad

Not the best experience, when we arrived, the doors were locked. We had to ring a bell to even get into the hotel. Then there was mold, and the ceiling and wall was peeling off at the shower, and there were wires exposed, where they had moved the air conditioner. It was $160 and very unacceptable.

My stay was good, the staff was very friendly and attentive thank you all . unfortunately I did find some bugs in the restroom that would be my only bad take away.

Overnight stay for travel to end destination. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was clean. Staff very nice. Had a minor issue with incidental fee being accidentally charged to card but a quick phone call resolved that and it was refunded within a few hours.
