Check in very unfriendly. But great bar n restaurant service. Noisy on the front end due to traffic. Beds not comfy. Clean room n good amenities.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby is undergoing renovation and there was a small desk serving as the front desk. It was unclear if that is where we were to check in. Moreover, the FD agent working Saturday night was not friendly nor welcoming. It was after 8pm so maybe she was just having a bad day.. The agent working at 6am Sunday morning however was extremely nice and helpful during check out.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Very friendly. Room was clean, However, recent renovation is incomplete. Toilet valve kept sticking. Shower faucet was loose and thought it was going to fall out. Climate control was difficult,

Our stay was great, definitely recommend the king suite for a family- lots of space. Breakfast is good and fresh.

Newly remodeled room. Quiet and loved the room darkening shades. Breakfast was cooked as ordered and was very good. Didn’t look at reviews before. We were passing through and stopped for the night. I give it a 10. Staff was very friendly.

Seemed like I was bothering people when I asked for towels for the pool area even though there should have been towels already. Key card kept messing up, breakfast cost 5 bucks for 2 eggs a thin bring piece of bacon and toast with no butter couldn't even get juice.

This property needs updating. The baseboards need cleaning, there was a dripyfaucet in the bathroom vanity, commode would hang up when flushed. The noise level from the outside streets was terrible. The beds were comfortable. Expedia had reserved a king suite for me and confirmed it but when I got to the property I was told they were not able to honor my reservation because they were doing renovations and didn’t have the room available, instead had to settle for queen bed suite. The food was great in the on site restaurant. Enjoyed dinner there and breakfast the next morning. The lady at the front desk was kind in trying to accommodate us since my husband is handicapped and I really appreciated her help. We also were without tv that night. We were told that the cable had blown up? Never got any service.

The Hotel is completely booked for construction workers. I was there in March and now in June. Construction trucks and trailers everywhere. No place to park and the place is run down.

Very friendly staff and breakfast was tasty. The main downside is that due to its location next to the highway there is a lot of car noise at night so a little hard to sleep.

I’ve stayed here several times for work on my way through the area, the rooms are always clean, the front desk has always been super nice and helpful.

The neighboring room had a party going on early which was very loud. I complained and the desk clerk called the room and offered to move us to a different room if it happened again. We’ll it did happen again but it was at 2:00 am so moving would have been useless since we had to depart at 6:00 am. I realize it wasn’t the hotel’s fault but I personally wouldn’t stay again just at the chance this is normal Saturday night activities at this hotel

This hotel was terrible. The rooms were aged and very dirty. When we arrived there was a bottle of pedialite on the fridge, there was sauce in one drawer, what happened with the housekeeping service, that couldn’t clean this room properly from previous guests? Overall poor cleanliness. There was mud on the walls, it was so disgusting to stay here. I wouldn’t recommend.
