Great location. Nice hotel.

The staff make this place shine! We were treated like we were staying in a 5 star resort. Breakfast was a little lacking but it's free in NYC so I'm not complaining about it. ❤️

Quite good hotel. Breakfast is not bad considering that American hotels usually dont have breakfasts. Construction noise on, the day before the last, was a bit of an inconvinience, but they gave us a new room. Its overall ok.

Great location. Nothing special about the hotel especially since it’s ridiculously overpriced. You basically pay for the location.

The hotel is very close to Time Square/Broadway. Many dining options nearby. Hotel is safe and felt secured during our stay, Hotel is very clean. Complimentary Breakfast is also very niice! Front desk staff are friendly. Housekeeping did a very good job! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when i visit NY! Overall, Customer satisfaction guaranteed!

I liked the price and convience of being in the middle of it all. The room was nice and quiet! The beds were comfy, too. I was content with my stay of two nights.

I read the reviews before booking. Was a little hesitant because of the people saying the rooms were so small, it was so noisy they couldn't sleep & the elevator issues. Well, let me say this, if you are not used to NYC then I can understand the bad reviews, but this is a typical Hampton, yes the rooms are a bit smaller, but it's NYC. It's not like the rooms are closets. And it's not the Waldorf, so remember that! The elevators were a bit problematic, but in a 30 story hotel, that's to be expected. Patience and just a good attitude go a long way. Staff was very friendly. I wouldn't say the rooms were cleaned the best by housekeeping daily, but honestly, we just needed clean sheets & clean towels. All in all location is absolutely great, in walking distance to everything, nice hotel & we would stay again. Normal NYC noise you're not likely going to drown out in any hotel. Good experience.

Wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel. Its in a perfect location, walking distance to many activities and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay - the staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, the room was basic, but clean & everything we needed, the location was a bit off to the side of Times Square, which helped it be more quiet, but still very close & walkable, breakfast was good (a bit crowded at times) & we loved being able to securely leave our bags on our last day & go explore without them & come back to get them for our flight home.

Have stayed here a few times. Staff nice. Walking distance to restaurants, times square, shows etc. Breakfast options good. Rooms not too small like some in nyc. Clean.

My main concern was safety and the Hampton Inn did a great job of making me feel comfortable. You had to use your room key to enter the building, use the elevator, and attend breakfast. The hotel is located between theaters and restaurants and was always active with people.

Jennifer was amazing and welcoming during our check in. Nayshaun was very helpful during checkout and every time we entered the lobby! The location was centrally located to the Times Square tourist attractions. The train is at the corner of the hotel street is on.

Very nice room, comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet for a center city lication (we were on the 19th floor) EXCELLENT breakfast saved us considerably conpared to local restaurants.

The location is great and the front desk staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, the mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were worn out; I’ve never encountered this issue at another Hampton Inn. Also, I requested housekeeping service TWICE and never got it.

This place is a must if visiting New York All of the staff were very helpful and courteous Located a few doors down from Carnegie pizza which was our favorite spot to eat Half block from 7th Ave / Time Square and quite literally across the street from the subway I will definitely be starting here again

Great shower doors and towel hooks. Love that the mirror didnt fog up. Comfy bed. Only thing I would have liked is a bar fridge and microwave. Love the coffee and orange water in the lobby. The laundry was great too! Would highly recommend this place. Perfect location.

Staff were awesome and property was very clean! Would stay here again. Very centrally located to all as well. The only suggestion would be to add mini fridges to rooms.
